Resolved: BNROptions - SCAM – Does not withdraw money

Dear FPA members,

My name is Pavel Banchukov. From 08/09/2017 till 12/10/2017 I cooperated with the broker BNROptions (bnroptions.com). My trading account number: 3769134. The total invested amount is 4 500 US dollars.
Before payment was made, I was told that it was reliable and solid broker with a time-honored trading platform and that there would not be any problem with withdrawal. I was assured by the broker that they get a commission from my successful trades. Having yielded to the promises of high income, on 08.09.17 I made my first deposit in the amount of 500 US dollars. From this moment the employee of the company began to call me every day by phone, convincing me to top up the deposit. I was told that my current deposit of $500 is insufficient for serious earnings. On 11.09.17 I deposited 1 000 US dollars and on 12.09.2017 another 3 000 US dollars. That was all money that I had and the broker knew it. They kept persuading me that if I traded with them further I would receive sky-high income.
Suspicions began to arise after I tried to withdraw some of my funds. I applied for a withdrawal not less than 15 times! However the broker rejected all of them and moreover, deleted my applications from the personal cabinet (I managed to save screenshots).
My balance on the trading platform amounts to the sum of 5 871.40 US dollars. Here are the dates of my withdrawal applications:

Pursuant to the document “Withdrawal & Refund Policy” and other official materials of the broker BNROptions, in order to apply for withdrawal a number of conditions should be met:
1. The Client shall submit a withdrawal request from his/her personal profile;
2. The Client has the right to withdraw funds only to the payment system that was used to deposit funds to his/her account;
3. The Client should submit all necessary documents for verification.
I provided all required documents in compliance with the merchant’s Terms and Conditions – full KYC package right after registration in order to open a trading account in the merchant’s platform, as well as to make a withdrawal. I complied with all the rules and don’t have any bonuses.
I tried to solve this issue by contacting the company by phone and online chat, but without success. The company promised to process my withdrawal requests, but in fact never did. At the moment they completely ignore me.

So draw your own conclusions whether to work with the BNROptions or not.
