    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hi guys,

I'm new here! 30 years old and I started trading in CFD crypto 2 months ago. Now after having some trouble getting the money back from my account on Trade.com I found this FPA website and I'm very curious if there are other people with the same experience on this broker or maybe another one. They've suspended my account for investigation and it's impossible to get in touch with them.

He guys my name is Vilmar and I'm new here. I'm not sure if this is the right way to make this public and reach out for help but I'm starting to get a little bit desperate about this situation.

In the past few months I made some nice profits with CFD trading in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash on Trade.com after investing almost 10K of my own money. Since they've put the spread to big hights and I was experiencing some troubles on their platform I wanted to withdraw my funds. The day after I requested the withdrawal I received an email from Trade.com telling me they had suspended my account and had placed it under investigation. Without telling me why, they froze my withdrawal, suspended my account and a few days later even blocked my account.

I'm able to get back in my account now but I can't do anything. I've tried all the different phone numbers they own. Replyed to all their email addresses. But got to talk to no one on the phone, no replies to my emails or whatsoever. So I talked for days in the LiveChat and saved all the transcripts. All I got was the same promise: result from the investigation by the end of the week.

It's almost 4 weeks now and I still hear the same promise. Does anyone know what to do or does anyone have some experience with issues like this?

Follow the suggested steps below:

Exactly the same problem as me... did you file a complaint with Cysec yet? you can do that here https://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/complaints/how-to-complain/ but first you need to make an official complaint to trade.com / leadcapitalmarkets .. there is a complaint form on there website https://www.trade.com/files/policies/complaints-handling-policy.pdf ... they should reply within 5 days and then after more nagging and emails you will get a complaint number. use that number to file a complaint to CySec.

and as mentioned some others before, get in contact with CySec...they'll IMMEDIATELY be kind and polite to you, and give your money back!

I am in the same EXACTLY possition as you. i started googling yesterday and found your post at another forum aswell (forum.bitcoin.com) , and thankfully that leded me to this site. I have tried to contact trade.com over the past 4 weeks, with no reply. the same with leadcapitalmarkets. After reading your comments, i filled out the complaint form, and sent a mail to trade and leadcapitalmarkets. After under an hour i received a mail from leadCapitalmarkets that the funds are beeing prosessed today and on its way to my account:) if you want to know what i wrote in the mail , please contact me and i will give you all the details. Hope it ends well with you aswell.

I often hear similar things about various companies. afterall, you need to be more careful in your choices.

Hi that's great to hear! Did you receive your funds? I'm still working on it. I got an answer from Lead Capital Markets but nothing about the funds in my balance. I'm still waiting on a reply and the last time I got an email from Lead Capital Markets was januari the third. So I'll give it a few more days before I'm going to open a Traders Court case.
