    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

They never respond,phone, email ...
I sent a deposit by payal in january 2, and send the documents on January 4 through your website and email! but I have no news yet!
 
Please invite avatrade to your thread via:
- their compliance and support email addresses.
- support live chat, or
- social media (facebook, twitter, etc)
- sometimes they will have official acct here also.

If they do not resolve your issue within a week or so, you should file a traders court case.
Also let consider filing a complaint with Australian FOS.

They are probably doing a runner finally, lol.
 
What is your problem with them?

On January 2, I made the deposit via paypal, by day 4 I had already sent the documents for identity verification 3 times, by email and through your website! and until today the phone or emails do not respond, my account is in the process of verification and disabled, the process takes 2 days, but they go 6 working days and I am still waiting

Finally, after 12 working days, I have access to my funds in avatrade, what I could understand is that they are overflowing with clients.
My advice: talk first with your account manager, that helps to unlock things faster.

You mean to say you don't have an issue with them anymore?
 
I am trying to withdraw and it isn’t allowing me my deposit has gone through which means it has to be verified but when i try withdraw it says your specimens aren’t verified. Can anyone help me please.
