Scammed MaxCFD

Hi, I signed up to MAXCFD after a phone call in which I felt pressured to depositing $250 on 31st October 2017 with the promise of good things. As soon as I came off the phone I did a little digging and realized I did not want to go through with this so immediately requested a withdrawal. After I completed all the required documents to verify my account and after about 10 days it was verified and I was told this would be processed. My withdrawal has now been in a pending state for 3 months now. I have been calling them every 2 or 3 days since November and also been emailing them constantly. All I am told is this is with the finance team and I'll receive an email within days but nothing ever appears. Today I notice they have taken $50 from my balance for inactivity on the account, inactivity which is on their side as they won't give me my money back after constant contact and complaining from myself. Now I can't even get them on the phone, the phone call automatically drops after being on hold for 10 minutes.

Hope someone can help with some advice.

Now, come to the solution of your problem, If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
 
I called my bank but they have told me as it was an investment transaction that they cannot help me. The could only advise that I call trading standards
