Hello again, this is so ridiculous but here we go again, after 2 years.
We already speak in private message last november about my situation of pending withdraw. On 19/12/17 i received this:

Dear Client

Following the Company's investigation for the accounts held with the Company and registered under the e-mail address invernizzi.lele@gmail.com, you are hereby informed that it has been established that an abusive trading activity has occurred on certain of those accounts and you are in breach of the terms and conditions relating to one or more promotions made available to those accounts.

This is the Company's final response. The Company reserves the right to take all actions necessary in relation to the aforementioned abusive trading activity.

The undisputed facts are:
1. Min. 2500 disputes have been filed against you to the Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus.
2. The European Securities and Markets authorities (ESMA) has confirmed last year to have received 500 complaints by retail traders and complaints by foreign regulators against you.
3. Cyprus General Auditor confirmed that a shortage of 176 millions in clients' money was found during the CySEC inspection in 2015 and you have failed till now to return this money.
Does it mean that 10 people are owned 17.600.000 each?
Please stop accusing me that I have posted unsubstantiated defamation: I always post link to documents which provide evidence, such as your financial statements 2014 (where you segregated just 18 million of clients' money), the ridiculous Expert Opinion on Abusive Trading of Reed Smith LLP, the ESMA statement, the Inspection Report by the European Ombudsman, the General Auditor Report.
Please not that your statement "we are FCA regulated and the FCA requires daily reconciliation of clients' money" has been reported to the FCA as misleading advertising. Your Cypriot mother company was never FCA or ASIC regulated. The ASIC forced you to remove the statement.

IronFX has no authority to withhold those funds irrespective of Circumstance.
Apologies, by the European law, IronFx must pay back my Funds!
2. The complaint to FOS was not rejected, but the complaint was not examined by the FOS!
FOS stated, that the 4 Month deadline for submitting my complaint expired.
I made an opposition to the FOS, regarding this:
I have provided the “Company’s final response” to FOS immediately after (on 11 February 2016) after it was issued by IF – I have evidence.

as I have complained in time against IronFx “Company’s final response”, therefor, the deadline for submitting my complaint has not been expired!
also, it is a fact: the ADR directive and Cyprus law 85(1)2017 do not specify a binding 4-month deadline. The deadline which is foreseen by Cyprus law 85(1) 2017 is 12 months.
In the mean time, I complained to The European Securities and Markets Authority ESMA and the EU Commission regarding FOS response.​

Nevertheless, the FOS decision will delay? it does not matter.
According to Union Law, Clients' Funds explicit belong to Clients and
IronFX has no authority to withhold those funds irrespective of Circumstance!

The question remains:
IronFx is not entitled to withhold my funds by law, why IronFx doing this for 3 years?

I did try everything to negotiate with you, but IronFX is Cypriot company, who stolen my deposit, and closed my complaint.
IronFX just doesn't have the right to close this issue!


Respected IronFX,
as per Europien Comission, ESMA, EO, SOLVIT, MNB advised me to start judicial action against IronFX,
I'll initiate a lawsuit against IronFX, and this issue will be furher discussed in the Hungarian Court!


All IronFx victims should start a legal action against IronFX, as it is advised by the EU Authoritys! This is the only way to get justice!
