They were playing with you all the time, your money got lost at the moment when you sent it. They keep burning your account, and ask for more money, because this is what they do. They've some hack plugins which shows demo server as live, and you believe that's your real money. Your money never got into any trading account.

they have tried to scam me by asking me to upload funds via a bitcoin address they have sent to me by email.
