Hi vicks09,
I haven't used their service, but Sir Pipsalot supplys a daily trading signal on FPA for free everyday (the same as on the frontpage of Profitmongers website) and I've always found it to be very well constructed and containing good advice. No one gets it right 100% but his reasoning is very professional.
Their website is offering $30 for 14day trial, not very expensive to find out what it's all about.
I would find it hard to believe that it's a scam. If you try the $30 trial be sure to come back and let us know how you got on.

i have sent them a few e-mails asking various thing sbut nobody has ever replied...that doesnt inspire me with huge confidence
the reason i wanted to join is becuase sirpipsalot helps alot round here and seems like a good member, so thats why i was interested in the first place...
but if they dont reply to ytour e-mails on a day to day basis how can they provide good support.....i think something is wrong, since 60+ people have viewed this thread and your the only person to reply also tells me something is wrong...

60 views and not one word is about normal for this forum lol! activity is fairly low here compared to many other forums, I often feel I'm talking to myself..... nothing new there then.
Well I don't know how long ago you sent your e-mails but maybe they're priority is with paying customers..... I don't know.... give them a little time to respond.

Sir Pips sometimes publishes his personal email in his signals. Sometimes you need to yank his chain a couple of times to get a reply, since he gets a lot of emails.

I sent them an email and got a reply after 3 hours - not bad. Paid for the trial shortly after and accessed their chat room around 7:30 UK time. I then heard this guy who sounded like he was still in bed. He was slurping a liquid possibly coffee or tea and talking so slowly - about movements in the market - that I almost fall asleep myself.
I then asked if he is going to announce any signals and he said "maybe". I then asked what if I miss the signals?? He did not reply. The whole scenario was soooo....... slow, boring and depressing. He then said he had to go to the kitchen. I couldn't take it anymore. I just typed how boring I thought he was and then I sent an email requesting the cancellation of my membership. 6 hours gone now and still I got no reply.
I accessed the chat room again about 15 mins ago and I heard some other guy saying "I have to go now". After that there was music and members chatting.
That is my experience. You can decide if it is a good or a bad service.
If I get any signals posted to me I'll let you know.

Black Bird - tune in again. A couple of the mods aren't always in their best form at all times.
Also, there's usually a schedule available somewhere for major trading events.
Took your advice Pharaoh. You were right. I was too hasty to pass judgment. As a matter of fact I was / am getting through a losing period and I took it out on that moderator......LOL...........
Here's an update: There is talking going on for most of the day by the 3 moderators and announcements to buy or sell every now and again. If they are relatively confident the announcements are text otherwise it is just verbal. Also, members and moderators are text chatting throughout the day and night.
However, most of the trades are swings and scalps with tide stops, 20 - 30 pips. So far I'm on a small loss but I could have broke even or make a small profit had I knew how to follow the break out news. Now I know but I'll lost few small trades until I've learned. I'm a newbie btw - less that 4 months experience.
Profit Mongers is not a scam but it is not very profitable either. It can be if you trade large amounts but then again you are risking losing more.
I have another week to go but I don't think I'll be convinced that it is worth $180 / month. It is a nice site to keep you company though as trading is a lonely job.
If anything changes I'll let you know.
