Yes, you are another victim along with thousands of others, all falling for the same scam. Your money in your account was never there, it was just a number, the real money was stolen by them the moment you made the deposit. You have basically been robbed. If this had happened on the High Street the police would have arrested them and they would probably go to goal. But on the Internet with its anonymity how do you find these bandits? All they had to do is make it look like your money was lost due to bad trades and hope you will go away - but really it was just a simple software exercise to show all the money gone. GUILTY!
Try and find others who have lost in the same way with this fraudulent broker and bring a joint claim against these scammers.
I am already on it ;)

Just an idea, in addition to Abs1616's previous post, how about going after the bank(s) that's doing business with these perpetrators? For example, register a formal class action complaint against the criminal's bank and file it with banking regulators in their jurisdiction. In the complaint(s) name the bank as an accessory to aiding and abetting financial fraud and corruption. This may pressure the bank(s) with bad publicity and may drop the culprit(s) and put them out of business. Otherwise they may just get another domain name (if they haven't already) and continue their criminal activities.

Finding their bank is almost impossible. I worked with all of the regulatory agencies that I needed to do and nothing got done. I finally just said the heck with it and emailed the President of the country. I did this with two countries. Presidents and Premieres of countries don't like to read that their citizens are scamming people around the world. I have been a pit bull and haven't let up. The guy still reads all of my responses here, I have advised him what would be best for him and he hasn't done what would be best for him, instead he is going the tough route and fighting everything which will come back to haunt him. GUILTY HERE!!

Finding the final bank the money is hidden in can be very difficult. If you wired money to the company, you already know the first bank the money arrived in. That's the place to start.

I already have the details of one of their bank accounts (attached to this post; can you see it?). I know they have another 3 bank accounts (but didn't want to give me those details, as it is "none of you business" ==> "Stefano Di Luca" was the one who told me this very rudely, but what do you expect from a dog that has no standards whatsoever?)

What do you suggest I do with these bank details? This bank is called Fidor Bank (which appears to be based in Germany). So what next? ;)

Let's ruin those snakes and everything they love :)

Awesome work! The Pharoah will have better advice for you than me, I just wanted to let you know I thought that your work is outstanding!
Thank you mbreitfelder for your kind words :)

Which part of my work is outstanding? Was it the evidence I have supplied to this thread and the other thread in the scam alert folder titled: "Tradesprime Scam Review - Avoid at all costs"? Or was it was the numerous descriptive statements that I have given in the other thread? I have noticed that many users from FPA have been scammed by tradesprime, but have not mentioned their experience here on the FPA website. I have a feeling it would be because they don't know how to represent their evidence in a coherent and effective manner.

If you could please let me know which aspect of my work has impressed you then that would be much appreciated :) It is just to let others know how to present their cases :)

Many thanks in advance :)

Hello Everyone :)

I have finally found time to upload more evidence to prove that I was getting harassed day-in, day-out for weeks. For those people out there who think this is a laughing matter (and you'll be surprised by how many there are) stop and think for a moment. Would you like to be called up several times a day for weeks, when you have people (whom you have never met, and will probably never meet) to keep calling you and ask for money? Does money grow on trees? Is money easy to get? No, so when we lose money from these scams it is not an easy thing to go through (especially if you don't have sufficient experience in this industry; and knowing the difference between regulated and unregulated). Its funny to think about, but here's something. I have increased my experience and knowledge of FOREX dramatically because of this challenging experience. Additionally, more than 40% of the best traders I have met, have been scammed at an early stage. Interestingly, the people who introduce others into FOREX never seem to warn them about the devastating difference between regulated and unregulated brokers. Poor education of beginners (by ignorant experienced traders) gives these criminals the 'edge' they need to cripple and dirty the name of this industry.

We as traders have the duty to warn ALL beginners between the difference between unregulated and regulated brokers and the dire consequences of dealing with an unregulated broker. To be more blunt, you will be losing a lot more than just money and I'll explain why: I had a colleague who invested over £5000 into Vortex Assets (the savage, notorious and direct ancestor of Tradesprime). He ended up losing most of it and only recovered £800 in charge-backs (because that's the only way you are going to get your "withdrawal"). Why? Because he unfortunately signed most those "card verification documents" (also known as "TVF docs"). Apart from those transactions (totalling £800). These were presented to the banks (by these criminals) and he could not get the rest back.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!! The disaster did not stop there. Within a year of receiving the mere £800 of his investment he started receiving several letters in his post. What comes next is horrifying to say the least. Those letters were bills asking for money that he had "burrowed" (pay-day loans which charge very high interest rates apparently apparently). Upon investigating he later discovered that the people behind Vortex Assets used as details (e.g. his name, address, phone number, emails, ID, card/bank details etc) to take out numerous loans in his name for themselves, when they noticed that he won't "deposit" anymore (which is obviously outrageously illegal). The loans totalled up to £7000 plus interest. Unfortunately for him when he took the matter further he faced two issues:

1) He blindly handed over those criminals sensitive information (this constitutes as "gross negligence")

2) He deleted all the information he had concerning his dealings with Vortex Assets so he had second to none (virtually no) evidence to prove that he was not the one who took out these loans. [This was the killer bow that finished him off].

My colleague was forced to pay off a loan (which he did NOT apply for plus the interest). This was deeply upsetting as he was going through immense financial difficulty at the time. In the end, he had to change everything:
1) His name
2) His address
3) His phone (number)
4) Apply for new ID
5) Close his bank accounts and open new ones
6) Apply for CIFAS protection (as he lives in the UK) etc etc
Was all this hassle and heartache really necessary?

I had to post this story to show people the dire consequences of dealing with an unregulated broker (because they can do anything they want) - they have no morals. Also, make sure that you NEVER delete any evidence against these criminals who scammed you. Because not only do they have your money, but they also have your private, sensitive information. Yes, some of this information is more or less public (such as your name and phone number). However, any broker (even reliable ones) will have access to more personal and sensitive information that can be used against you. Obviously, a regulated, reliable broker won't do something provocative like that. However, an unregulated broker is free to do whatever it pleases regardless of the law (until they get caught ;) )

I have been busy lately, and I have already posted a substantial amount of information on other threads regarding these scams. Please understand that there is too much information I have obtained about these criminals and it is challenging to submit all of this information and make it public. There will be some information that I will keep private (for obvious confidential reasons). However, I will make an effort to expose these criminals as much as I can.

My colleague has been in contact with "InvestMib" which is another scam broker that is run by the same fraudsters (like tradesprime) and have huge, significant similarities with each other. For example, both of their bank details are the same. If either Tradesprime or InvestMib steal money from your account in a "credit/debit card transaction" then you bank statement will reveal "Blonde Bear OU" for that "transaction". Hence indicating that they are linked to the same bank account (which means it's the same scamming company). I put "transaction" in speech marks, because these are typically transactions that you have NOT authorised (which is fraud). When they take payment over the phone, they record your card details and keep it on their system to use for later use. They will probably use it to watch a movie or go clubbing with it, let's be honest.

Here's an interesting video that my colleague made when one of those criminals tried to steal from him (in all honesty would any reliable, regulated broker act like that?):

Many thanks to all for taking the time to read this :)

Here's an update for everyone... I have found out that there is another company that is linked to the same scam which is called "Isgxchange". The evidence for this is that it clearly states on their website that they are owned and operated by the company 'Black Parrot Limited'. This is a company that is registered offshore on the Marshall Islands (which is in the Pacific Ocean). Black Parrot Limited owns: Tradesprime, InvestMib, Umarkets and Isgxchange. Black Parrot Limited is out of reach from government agencies, to they can do whatever they like with your hard-earned money.

Below is a useful link where I explain in detail how these criminal companies are linked and how I expose them:
https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/case-2018-091-htckns-vs-isgxchange-com.55735/

So far this is the list I have of all the companies that are linked into the same scam:
1) Tradesprime
2) InvestMib
3) Vortex Assets (which no longer exists)
4) FxTrade777
5) Umarkets
6) DAX Markets
7) ISGXchange
This list is not exhaustive, but I have a strong feeling that there are likely more 'companies' that are linked to the scam network.

There are several people who live in the UK and are employed by these scammers to help them scam UK innocent traders. I have found the details of one such person in particular. If anyone knows someone who is assisting in these scams please let me know.

Many thanks in advance.
