Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

FRWC Refund Policy

Hey everyone,

I see there are many people who are dissatisfied with the FRWC (Forex Robot World Cup) EA's, so I attached a copy of their sales page that is no longer online. If anyone has a problem getting a refund (after you meet the requirements found on page 39 of the attachment) this copy should be sufficient evidence for your bank/CC to issue a charge back from the merchant. Just make sure you do it within 60 days of purchase.

I hope this helps.

Peace & Blessings,
Liquid

Thank You

I agree, their sales team are working overtime with trying to convince us that these robots shouldn't be returned when the performance of them has been totally disastrous.

This sales letter forms the contract of the sale which I will be sure to send to my credit card company.

thanks for the upload

Tactics

Also, I see that they are "dangling a carrot" in front of their customers. A new version of Fusion is out and they are supposedly improving HiRider which should be released shortly. This seems like a play on the hopes of desperate customers who want to believe there is something much better on the way. I believe this will continue for 60 days after the last sale in an attempt to push people past the deadline for a refund.

Just a thought.............Beware of stall tactics.

Peace & Blessings,
Liquid

They should not be taking us as guinea pigs, a testing ground while they tweak the robot. They told me the 30 Days start from purchase date, now I am not sure if they will refund on that date.
Their conflicting replies can be followed on Myfxbook.com forum (http://www.myfxbook.com/community/trading-systems/frwc-fusion-v-alpari)

Yes

I have been requesting a refund from FRWC . My first request through Plimus was declined because I did not forward my trading statements (an oversight on my part) Further attempts to send refund requests through Plimus have been unnaccepted by the online request for refund system. I have mailed requests with statements directly to support@forex-robot-world-cup.com, admin@forex-robot-world-cup.com and refunds@forex-word-cup.com. I have sent 3 separate requests for the past 3 days with updated account statements for any accounts which were not totally blown up by the Fusion, LMD and HiRider robots. None of the separate accounts resembled anything close to competition results. I purchased the robots on the day it was released Feb 16, 2010 and am a few days shy of a full 30 days of trades. My opinion however will remain unchanged. I will continue to send a refund request every day until the 30 day requirement is met. However today I received a returned mail notice from refunds@forex-robot-world-cup.com. My attempts to speak with the Live Chat System has always been directed to their email system...none of my messages have been replied to. I will be contacting my credit card company as well after the full 30 days along with the refund policy. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO PURCHASED THESE CRAP ROBOTS AS I DID.:unhappy:

well .......

Thx for you fast posting - i was nearly tempted to buy that stuff - but after asking them for a special deal - their fusion bot only and nothing else for a better price.... - they did not even try to convince me to go for the whole package - so that and your resonance plus the poor live performance saved me from some grief and trouble - well i hope you all get your refund asap ...

cheers

Hey PipDiva,

I to have been asking for a refund for the last 2 weeks or so and they keep telling me it hasn't been 30 days. Now I would have no problem waiting the 30 days if the demo accounts still had funds in them. I opened up 3 demo accounts (FXCM, Falco and GoTrader) and all went down to nothing. So now I'm supposed to open up more demos and try again after it's already proven to me that these junk robots don't work. Hopefully we'll all get our money back

FRWC refund

Has anyone of you able to get a refund from FRWC now that the 30 days trial period is over? I've been requesting for it but they have not responded.

Refund processed!

Everyone dealing with FRWC refunds, it works better via Plimus!
I filed the refund request with Plimus, they copied it to the vendor (automatic).
Vendor did not respond for 2 business days (meaning two FULL days: if you send your request on Tuesday then you can contact them again on Friday, not Thursday).
Then, by Plimus rules, you can contact Plimus again and say you didnt hear from the vendor.
Plimus sends a message to the vendor saying "please respond within 2 days or else we'll issue a refund directly".
Vendor did not respond for 2 days again.
In that case, you can again contact Plimus and say you got no response from the vendor. I did that.
Same day, got a reply from Plimus asking for my bank details. Later that day, I called Plimus because I couldn't wait and they processed the refund live, on the phone! YES!!!

;) :) :p

Hi, I need a 30 day demo of frwc. Can someone supply me their account demo? Please email to msteve@tpg.com.au. Thank you. FRWC is very clever to make the 30 day demo requirement. This is because after 30 days you can no longer dispute any transaction from your VISA or credit card.
