Unfortunatelly...I am forced to open a thread here because I ran out of patience...and options...
So I will try to make my story as short as possible:
Deposit nr. 1 : 17.07 - 50 USD;
Deposit nr. 2 : 17.07 - 50 USD;
Withdraw nr. 1 : 20.07 - 50 USD;
Withdraw nr. 2 : 23.07 - 50 USD;
Deposit nr. 3 : 25.07 - 50 USD;
Withdraw nr. 3 : 28.07 - 50 USD;
Deposit nr. 4 : 02.08 - 50 USD;
Withdraw nr. 4: 02.08 - 50 USD.

As you can see...the sum of all of this is zero...so I am just asking for my money back

My actions:
- 2nd August, contacted the supporting agent via Live chat to tell them my problem, and they recommended to open a ticket so that I can receive the ARN code(I had no idea what that was...but supposed it should help me)
- 14th August - (12 days after my request) I received the ARN code for the withdraw nr. 1(20.07)
- On 16.08 I went to my bank, explained them my situation, they said that they cannot trace anything using that code(unnoficially they said it is not valid)...I said I want a paper in which they write this thing(that it is not valid, or that they are uncapable of using this code, just to bloody specify something related to the code in that paper). They said that I have to make a written request and wait 30 days...so I did...
- After that I contacted again the Live chat...explained them that I cannot use that code...they said that I should ask for the other 3 ARN codes and insist to the bank to use them...
- Today, 30.08, after 30 days since my first withdraw request was processed, I still haven't received the money into my bank account and ICMarkets didn't even BLINK to offer another alternative sollution except providing me one ARN code(haven't received the other 3 ARN codes).
Thank you for your patience in reading my story and I appreciate whatever support or guidance you guys might give me!

Update1 - 32 BUSINESS days since my 1st withdraw was processed -still not received any money in my bank account;

29.08 - my bank called me and asked me to obtain the SWIFT message(not the Swift code)...the SWIFT message contains details about the transaction. So I mailled again the account department from ICMarkets, but I haven't received any response yet(or the other 3 ARN codes for the other 3 withdraws).

03.09 - I contacted the support chat of another australian broker(the one who I'll join soon)...and asked them if they would do anything else except providing the client the ARN code in this situation. And their response was that once a withdraw request is processed via credit card, they automatically send the client the "refund receipt" containing "more information about the transaction like transaction reference number, response code, merchant information, amounts, date and time, card numbers...etc."

Attachment - my request to ICMarkets to provide the SWIFT message(details about the transaction).

Hi Alecu911,

Praise the Lord!!!!
Ive already get my money back just now.
All you have written in your post is what exactly what they have done for me.
Ive make a complain in this link below which is the regulator of IC MARKETS, they are the mediator between broker and investor. Try to make a complain also for you.

Update2 - 34 BUSINESS days since my first withdraw was processed(1 month and a half):

My bank called me to say that my money arrived in my bank account.
You judge for yourself if it is too much time for your money to get back to you or not.
I think by boat it could have arrived earlier from Australia to Europe.

Can you please do a trace on the wire transfer and/or credit card refund to find out when it was originally sent?

I received a call yesterday from my bank to come by and receive an official answer to my written request made on 16.08. I will come back here next week and tell you if it is related to your question. But since ICMarkets refuses to give me the SWIFT messages I doubt I can see when the money was sent.
BUT, I find it very strange that 2 of the opened threads here were resolved at a distance of a few hours (the other thread was about a withdraw request processed on 16.08...my first one was processed on 20.07).
Also, 2 days after I informed ICMarkets that I received all the money, I get this mail from the accounts team. She had no idea that I received the money...
ICMarkets will NEVER send his client anything else then a damn ARN code if you make a credit card withdraw.

They are correct in that SWIFT is more for wire transfers and the ARN code is for credit card refunds. So not sure why they have not given you a transaction report re your withdrawal. The credit card terminal would issue that immediately.

I had a situation where I made a wire transfer withdrawal with IC Markets. They were able to provide a report from the bank of the wire later that day or the next day. Breaks down the beneficiary account, when it was sent, transaction #, and some other SWIFT codes used.

Global Prime actually provides a more detailed report directly from Westpac and was slightly more readable.
