открыв счет в нашей компании, Вы согласились полностью и безусловно выполнять условия Клиентского Соглашения, в том числе и касающиеся разрешенных и запрещенных методов торговли.

Подавляющее большинство Ваших сделок относятся к разряду пипсовки (скальпинга) и были проведены в основном по парам EURGBP, EURCHF в четко выбранном низковолатильном временном промежутке 23:00-00:00, для которого характерны неточности и задержки котировок, обусловленные чрезвычайно низкой ликвидностью рынка.

Пункты 3.4.6. и 9.4 Клиентского соглашения ясно предупреждают, что в случае торговли на таких неточностях с использованием уязвимостей в работе серверной части торговой платформы, NordFX может признать такие сделки недействительными.
А согласно пункту 13.6.3 в этом случае NordFX имеет право в одностороннем порядке расторгнуть настоящее Клиентское соглашение, заблокировать прибыль, способ получения которой вызывает подозрения, закрыть счет/счета Клиента и вернуть ему первоначальный депозит. Что и было сделано в Вашем случае.
Сумма первоначального депозита была возвращена Вам в полном объеме.

Таким образом, все действия NordFX выполнены в строгом соответствии с условиями Клиентского соглашения, которое, повторимся, Вы также обязались выполнять.

Конечно, Вы можете предпринимать попытки оказать на нас давление путем распространения негативной информации о NordFX. Однако, подобные действия никоим образом не могут повлиять на наше решение.
При этом мы вынуждены отказать Вам в дальнейшем обслуживании. Надеемся на понимание и на то, что Вы сможете найти другого брокера, которого устроит такой стиль торговли, как Ваш.

Having opened an account with our company, you have agreed to fully and unconditionally comply with the terms of the Client Agreement, including those pertaining to permitted and prohibited trading methods.

The overwhelming majority of your transactions have been pipsing (scalping) and were carried out mainly on the pairs EURGBP, EURCHF in a clearly selected low-volatility period of 23:00 - 00:00, which is characterized by inaccuracies and delays in quotations due to extremely low market liquidity.

Clauses 3.4.6. and 9.4 of the Client Agreement clearly warn that in case of trading on such inaccuracies using vulnerabilities in the server part of the trading platform, NordFX may recognize such transactions as invalid.
And according to clause 13.6.3, in this case NordFX may unilaterally terminate this Client Agreement, block the profit, the method of obtaining of which has caused suspicion, close the Client's account/accounts and return to the Client the balance of funds not exceeding the amount of the initial deposit. This was done in your case.
The amount of the initial deposit has been returned to you in full.

Thus, all NordFX actions have been performed in strict accordance with the terms of the Client Agreement, which, we repeat, you have also committed to perform.

You may try to pressure us by spreading negative information about NordFX. However, there is no way that such actions can affect our decision.
At the same time, we are obliged to reject providing further services to you. We rely on your understanding and hope that you will be able to find another broker who will agree with such trading style as yours.

Вы называете торговлю во время японской сессии не точной торговлей???Абсурд...нонсес ! Ваше клиентское соглашение не запрещало мне торговать во время японской сессии! Тем более я не использовал никакие уязвимости вашей серверной части ! Я не применял в торговле ни одного советника! Вся торговля делалась руками ! Я просто торговал внутри флета (канала) лимитными ордерами - это не запрещено вашим соглашением! Поэтому я требую свою прибыль 5936$ !

After trader court your company will get such a mark on your reviews page about NordFX. In the future, this page will be visited by other traders that you cheated, they will also open a new case in trader court and you will be marked as scammers forever.
