They do have a live chat option, go there and discuss your problem with them and ask for the satisfying answer.

I too had the same experience as you all except when I asked for a withdrawal first off he said the same that he would send 250 eur per month
then he locked me out of my account and opened loosing trades until I got a margin call

I have an account for 2000EUR and I have put in another 2000EUR once in a month for 4months which makes my account reached for 10000EUR. My broker and I had an agreement that I'll have my profit of 5-10% for every month. The amount that I'm receiving is different from each month since the profit that I am making a month is depending on the movement of financial market and the market event.

I had the same error on my swedbank. I have communicated with the Finance Department of 31FX which helped me contact my bank which upon checking with swedbank, 31fx have provided incomplete information which is technically my fault after all. When 31FX asked me for my account information, I have provided them incomplete details. They have been trying to reach me for a couple of weeks after seeing the error however, I'm out of town to attend the call.

After providing the right information and communicating with 31FX, I have been receiving my profits monthly from the trades that Josh Wellner have assisted me in executing.

A man calling himself Josh Wellner (even his name is probably a lie but there is a record now on this guy). He is a smooth talking German who systematically scams people out of thousands and thousands of Euros. He is extremely manipulative and dangerous. Search criminal records in uk or us for further info. If you are a victim of this guy you must report it to the Metropoltan Police Fraud Office in the UK or Australia or US immeduately.
