Usually scammers register more than one company with the same name on territories several States. Owners of such companies are poor people.

This case is about them withholding my funds and refusing to process my withdrawal after i suspected stop hunting on their part. I'm only focusing on their refusal to process my withdrawal as that's the most important thing to me right now with 100% proof, but it's also clear from other indications pointed out on this thread that they are up to no good and are operating illegally, not just by criminally withholding my funds but by being unregulated, operating and receiving funds from people under a dissolved business and refusing to provide proof that they are indeed a DMA broker.

To be honest the lack of verifiable information provided by the thread starter does raise questions. If you are scammed by a broker or are at risk of being scammed, you should provide all the information you have to these threads in order to help your case and prove that what you claim has really happened.

I can say that "broker x" stole 5 million USD from me, but if I don't provide any evidence of it happening why should anyone take my claim seriously? Currently I don't see any transcripts, screenshots or e-mails of such kind and I strongly question the legibility of the claim by the original poster. Provide some evidence and I will happily change my stance.

i agree, the only thing that keeps me believing turnkey forex won't give him his money is that they was invited here to defend themselves and they didn't
