Can't withdraw the FUNDS that was transferred to TRADER.ONLINE

Let me know what reply you will get from them, after that, I`ll suggest the steps accordingly.

Here's my update:
Send them my second invitation last Nov.20,2018 because I cant wait their reply to my last e-mail, they then responded saying that in instances of any dis agreement they are only allowed to negotiate with me as it is un ethical to be discussing confidential information to a third party,
They even requested for a telephonic conversation in order for a mutual agreements to be met.

I then agreed hoping that we will resolve the issue.

They then called in the afternoon of Nov 22,2018, but nothing happens, only arguments because what I want is for them to just refund the money, but they insisted and explained that I will continue trading with them, that once the fund will be trasferred to my Trader.ONLINE account we'll do manual trading which I object insisting that they will just refund the money that was transferred to them.
In between arguments, they (Because 2 of them are talking to me) said that I have to send an e-mail to them to officially terminate my algo software account.
I then send an e- mail to them but I add my withdrawal request.
But they called again on
November 23,2018 saying I have to change the contents, have to remove the withdrawal request,
So I made another and e-mail it to them the same day,

As of this writing, the funds was not yet transferred to my TRADER.ONLINE account but my algo software was de activated.

Send them one more email stating your withdrawal request and ask them to arrange a call with you again for the mutual understanding.

I sent them an e-mail today requesting them to process my full withdrawals.
Lets wait if they will call tomorrow..

Don't transfer money to the brokers again! They probably will not give the money back. Were you negotiating via the Skype?

Received a call from them, spoke to Jay Weaser and Tomas Schnizer today as scheduled, but still the issue was not resolved instead they explained about the remaining balance in my Algo account-- that the balance tol be transferred to myl trader.online account is $66,466.92.
I let them do the talking,
they told me to open the screen shot of my Algo account they just e-mailed so that they will explain in details.
I told them they will just proceed for I cant open because I dont have internet connection but they insist that they will not proceed unless i'll open it.
Since I really dont have internet connection at that time, I told them to go back to the main subject- full withdrawals but they ignored.
Since I can feel that our conversation leads to no where, I offered to stop it because i have work to do.

Later today, received a follow up call from mr Jay Weaser asking me to send an approval e-mail for them to proceed with the transfer of funds.
I then sent an e-mail.
Any other steps recommended?

I saw that FPA invited the company, now let's see if they can participate here or not. And, also keep us update when you got an email or phone call about your latest email to them.
