I also like these two sessions for trading. London session suits me as I am free at that time then NY session and overlapping time is best for scalping. Every trader has to find best time for him when he feels in comfort zone.

It is difficult to say which trading session is best. It all depends on the currency pair you are going to trade. Is there any news during your trading period? The most popular sessions are the London and New York. But I trade in different sessions.

The most important thing is to concentrate on the current results. Will you trade US session when the GBP has a nice option to earn on Brexit news? Of course you wanna to earn as much as you can. So, choose a session according to the news declared.

Best trading timeframe is depended on the product in your watchlist. If you want to trade the product in Europe you can use your europe time. If you need to trade the product in Asia you have to use asia time.
