i hope so too, keep us updated, i also have account with tradersway and never had a problem with withdrawals so im following your case and hope for the best so my concerns can be put to rest

No updates to provide yet. Our bank has sent numerous messages through the SWIFT system in order to get the correspondent bank in which the client's wire sits to return the funds to the sender (us). We do not know what bank this is - we can only send upstream, and the next bank in line will need to forward the message to the next bank and so on. The wire may have bounced around to multiple correspondent banks because of the issue originally caused by sending funds to a bank that won't accept the funds.

The only thing we can do here is wait and continue to send bank SWIFT messages. We will send the latest copy of the SWIFT message string to the client by email. Whenever the funds arrive back we will notify the client and he may withdraw using another method that he is able to accept.

This is an extreme concern for both parties. Did you went to the bank and requested a manager to walk you through the entire process of the SWIFT's transaction taking place? Sometimes it takes courage for you to take a step further to get things done in a rapid manner. I've been there beforehand and it was with an ASIC broker. Case resolved when I walked into the bank and asked them to settle it asap.
