Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem https://www.recoverylawyers.net - Recovery Room Scammers?

I am having an issue with a company
Personally I've never heard of Reclaws. Just make sure you have positive proof that they are legit and not just another boiler room taking your money (there are SO many of them !). Of all recovery firms I've tried (including Giambrone) the only one I can really recommend is GlobalFTI (www.glbfti.com) who helped me get my money back from Banc de Binary, even after they had gone out of business.
Good luck !

Thank you for that, much appreciated!

Whats` going on here?

If any of you have any updates on BDB, please also let me know.
Well, in the meantime I've got my money back from BdB (not all of it, but a good portion of it, which I'm very happy about!) Even though the scam occurred 4 years ago and BdB since went out of business, the guys from GlobalFTI (www.glbfti.com) still managed to recover my money, which was quite unbelievable!
That's about all I know about the former No. 1 Broker in the world (may they pay for their misdeeds...)

Has anybody heard of recovery lawyers.net? They have replied to me and say they can are confident of recovering my scammed funds within 60-90 days. They all sound Indian and although I havent found any proof they are scammers, I cant find any proof they aren't. No reviews or anything. Anybody know anything?

I always suggest everyone to "do not send money to anyone in the name of recovering your funds".

On the other hand, who would undertake the task of recovering funds without getting paid ? Every lawyer or investigator out there needs some sort of financial security or backing - how else could he start working ?
I also had to pay GlobalFTI (www.glbfti.com) an upfront fee, their lawyers too. But in the end they recovered my money (at least a good portion of it), so the investment was well worth it. Just a matter of putting your trust in the right people and keeping clear of such "shady characters" already mentioned above.

Do not believe those who claim that they are able to recover your fund,im sure they are just scammers same as forex company if they are not the same people so suck more money
