    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I've not been in Blue Trading long (three days!) and only lost ~70% but out of five other investors in Blue Trading I know personally it looks like I came off lightly, but not the lightest. One only lost ~30%, another lost about the same as me but four who've been with Blue Trading for much, much longer have been completely wiped out into negative balances. We were all hit with the same orders - repetitive trades of massive lots in Dash, Bitcoin and AUD, obviously with massive leverages, and it looks like same for everyone. If it's not simply a database error and the money has gone, and Blue Trading can't cover these losses (nah!) then they've lost any and all credibility they had in one fell swoop.

With what's left in my account, trading resumes and assuming everything continues as it has done for the past 3 years it's going to take a year before I'm back to where I started ...if, indeed, I leave what I've got left in there.

Well this sucks. I do hope it is just a massive mistake. I called them this morning and got through to a Japanese sounding lady who said to just wait until the investigation is finished.

I was hit with 4 big trades on Dash instant losses. They were lot sizes of 1.06 and 1.11. The biggest ever lot size before this was 0.23.

Some other guy also said "Call the contact centre only to speak to some dodgy russian who could only put 5 words of English together."...
I think this is so well planned and diversified that these contact center people don't really know what is happening. They are just doing their job telling the generic story they have been adviced to say. Real masterminds might be somewhere in Russia and they have put up these fake "New trading systems" and Info on the webpage + automated mailing lists.

This is so 100% clear that no customer will get any money on this situation. Even if there is a small chance that this is a massive mistake that they can fix, they still can't pay out anything because at this state everybody would wan't to withdraw everything out when the trust is gone and panic is on. So no customer is getting any money in any of these situations. And realistically it's all planned and bye gones.

That is the point here to deliberately lose big trades to accomplice fake broker. That new "Trading system" started on Monday have been testing and probing accounts with those "zero trades" and the big killing hit happened last night. BT did not "steal" anything... they just unfortunately "lost" the money... and people behind this faketrade-scheme are walking away with everything.

And even if some smaller accounts are just down -30% or -70% there is no one to send you any money withdrawals because there is not any money left.. most bigger accounts are so much in negative that it only balances those small accounts balances. Nobody is getting anything here sadly.

Is that an email you got because you inquired personally? I didn't get it... I'm assuming it's not a generic email to everyone since they talk about "your" account

Just saw this email in my inbox too. We have to let BT complete their investigations and wait til Monday to see the corrections. However, I am getting shaky and tensed by looking at few assumptions made on this thread about a possible scam.
 
Dunno mate. Yes i have sended them an email cos i have 30% of my balance still at my account and asked them if a withdraw is possible. First i got the automated message as everybody and now this one.

But at the email they said that they audit all trading accounts not only mine :)
