It has been more than 1 year since LiteFx froze and disabled my account when I requested to withdraw all my funds. I have already submitted all the required documents they asked from me. I’ve been diligently following up about the status of my account but they refuse to give me specific details and just send me generic responses.

Dear FX master,

Thank you for the big help in reaching out to litefx. But as it is they are still giving us generic replies to just contact them through their AML Departments email.

I fear that if I continue to email them without a third party supervision nothing will be moving and nothing will come out of them.

What is your suggestion?

Follow the suggestion they mentioned up:)
 
If there is no response in a couple of days then write me back so I can suggest you more steps to divert their attention on your issue.
LiteForex have coordinated with me and started with the money transfers. I've provided them documents and they acknowledged everything. Their representatives from the Philippines also assisted me on the process. This case is now closed. Looking forward to have a good relationship with the broker.
