Just signed up to this as I found it whilst looking for an exchange rate. I am a complete novice with this subject and not particularly savvy with money, my priorities tend to be elsewhere. I'm an expat Brit living and working in Thailand. I retire in a few years time and am thinking that it's time I started taking some interest in money management for when I am just living on a pension. I will be just dipping my toe in the water for now.

Welcome on board, let us know if you got any questions :)

Hi Tom, take your time and don't throw any money into it until you're profitable in demo mode first

I think it's really good idea, but do not think it should be easy or something like that anyway for no matter how do you want it there totally and completely. Just do not fall for something like that without deep and total analysis of that.

Hello to you, too! I am very happy to welcome new members of the forum. It's great that even now people want to learn new things and to trade. I wish you good luck in your future business!

I like to read about other traders' lives. What most "locals" write about the fact that you don't need to open your wallet for everyone at once is true. First, work on the skills of understanding how the market works. Trading on a demo helps you very much in this. After a while you will be able to choose a suitable broker. But don't rush into it either. Analyzing all of them, see what trading conditions each of them offers, make a thoughtful decision. I believe you're gonna make it.

Solid advice. ;)
