Problem Hotforex withdrawal problem

Please help me. It has been 11 weeks since my withdrawal at Hot Forex broker has not been successful until now. before hotforex info via e-mail that on the 13th of August the withdrawal was complete, but until now there was absolutely no money coming into my account from Hot Forex. please follow up

1a) Do you have a copy of first withdrawal request? You can attach it here.

b) What method did you request to receive your funds?

c) How much was the total withdrawal request for?

2a) Did you have previous withdrawal success? If so, how much?

2b) how much was your total deposits? when were these deposits made?

3) did you send any emails to hotmail support? did hotforex reply to any chat/email?

4) what country are you a resident of when you opened account with hotforex?

5) which hotforex site/company did you open your account with? Different divisions may be regulated in different areas.

you may blur/black out any sensitive info such as partial email address, physical mailing address, bank account #s, etc
