we have replied last time that we are checking your account for manual trades, true or not? And also said nothing to worry if you have not taken any manual trades it will be sent out yes or no?
I will wait for the review of the account by manual trades, which I have not done. So I am calm. However, I had to come and comment here for that answer.
 
How do you explain this then? A ticket created by your servers even after I switched off and deleted the trade copier? I would love to hear your explanation. FPA please investigate these scammers and have them remove your ratings from their website since they are totally dishonest.
it's your trade, even now if you open any manual trade you will receive this kind of email from Dashboard, as this Dashboard send out an email for every open or close trades by manual or by EA, EA never ever open more than 0.1 lot size at all for your kind information this 0.5 itself exposing ur lie, I ask all Penny EA users if they have ever seen any trade of this size? And you will see reply no never.

you can come but you should not say and join the lie band saying we have not responded or not told you that we are working on it, this is bad manner in general. You have to tell exactly what was the conversation between you and support.

I already said it, your last response by email was on August 25 and that you would reimburse for the rest within 24 to 48 hours. I have not said anything false with my relationship with you.

The fact that you have not been reimbursed your full amount that was guaranteed by them in their policy goes to show that they are not honoring their policies. Which is basically a scam. They still have not posted my last comment on their site which raises alot of red flags. Don't be scared bro, save emails, screenshots and document everything they are saying. I highly believe when accounts start blowing that they'll be honoring those as well.

Honestly, I have some observations at the service of Penny Robot. First, they have not fully complied with the guarantee in the case of Gold-EA. My account was burned in 2 days on August 25 and I have not been reimbursed for the total losses, not counting that I paid $ 24.99 for the service. They stopped answering my emails. Second, it causes mistrust of so many changes in its website, especially that they have eliminated the payment by Paypal, where there was a claim option if something went wrong. Third, in his public chat not all the comments I have made have been published. Fourth, they removed from the web the guarantees for Greed-EA, and it is not known if they will respond if the promises of profit on day 22 are not fulfilled, having as experience point 2. Finally, it is also true that there are many operations of the same pair that dangerously increase the negative float. Is it scam? Only time will tell!

I had the same issue with "Gold-EA", it just disappeared after the first week, with no reimbursement, compensation, profits or an explanation?
 
I think scam is harsh, for now. So far all my questions, except one have been answered satisfactorily. As for "Gold-EA", I have the only unanswered question there;
I subscribed, after one week, there was profit, then the EA disappeared, no profits paid and then after questioning them, I got an explanation in the form of an email that they had stopped Gold-EA.
There was however no offer to pay my profits, or refund the cash that I had paid for the week or part thereof that it did run.
I do plan to try their Pro version in the near future, just going to wait out this forum for a while and see what comes of all these allegations and what sort of fix is supplied to the "issues" raised in this thread and others?
