    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I've been patiently waiting for any of them to respond from Fortrade company but no one did yet.


In my last conversation with this Alexandar from Fortrade company i was mentioning to him this thread and suggesting that they should responde and that i hope that we can find solution. Because of theirs guidance and direct advising on what and how big positions to open, i sufferd a huge damage and still have one position in big minus.
Also i'm privately in big debt all because for their counseling.

We had big difference of opinions and i got impression that they will not be a part this thread.

In this case now when they are choosing to ignore this thread and evrething. I am interested in what else I can do. I really am in huge trouble and I'm desperately looking for a way out.
if anyone could help it would mean life for me...

FPA exposure is good. The next step is to file a formal complaint with UK FOS (financial ombudsman service)

You want to emphasize that the company traded on your behalf, rigged trading platform so that trades could not be closed, company provided trading advice, and would not let you withdrawal if you did not follow their trading advice. And present the evidence you have in a logical sequence. I can guide you though specifics of filling out complaint form via PM.

Try filing on Wed/Thursday of this week.

I personally don't believe for a second that there was fake representative. The emails and phone numbers used for communication came from the fortrade company.

No. He must use the FOS tool specifically to file a complaint. There is a phone number for uk FOS tool also. But he needs to get the ball rolling soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if suddenly Fortrade magically restores his account or offer settlement.
 
So where is the other Bullshiit Artist who talks on behalf this British crap shop, in event there could be some more hundred Balkan victims ..he will compensate them OK !

After that i got DoNotReply@financial-ombudsman.org.uk email and now i wait them to respond.

It seems that it might take some time for them to respond, time that i don't have much. I wonder what i could do and how if possibul to speed up the process...

People like these SCAMMERS deserve to be confronted and brought to justice by intelligent people like you.

I will try and find out if there are other ways to help you get your money back.

I searched on this forum and found information for my issue with GSI Markets. So maybe if you search on Forex Peace Army you may find more information on the company that scammed you.

I hope by seeing my situation hare, can be useful to you and the others so that you know how bad it can get. Never listen and do whatever they tell you to do. Always double check evreything. Never let them lead you on with a promises, nice talk, i wish that i known about forexpeacearmy earlier, i would see things more clearly, and had more quality information...thanks for responding..peace..

In mail they say:

After, i tried to call but I was't lucky my calls were rejected and i have't get through with it, and i wrote mail:

I been trying to call number but i didn't have luck with establishing the call.
Month ago i sent you complaint about Fortrade Limited and in response I was told that I sould call if i facing financial hardship or ill health...

I have to inform you that I'm in big financial problems and in every aspect in my life i'm depending about the outcome here.
I have very little time and please if you can help me...

Now i wait for them to respond again, hopefully with some positive responds.

I am sorry to hear about this. I do not believe they will help you as you need to give them money to do so. I tried with someone on this site who said he could help, just give him details and then I received a rude reply like "well, you must like giving away your money to strangers" so I stopped responding.

I do not need to be cut down by some person behind a computer screen who thinks they are smarter and better.
