He's a fake operating on behalf of Penny Robot, how does he even know Penny has "many satisfied customers" ? When really we're here because we all had our accounts blown. I don't trust a word coming from this person.

It is unprofessional of them to be adding new executable EAs and having users close open orders and then their EAs create open orders and then close them seconds later on live user accounts. This should be done on a separate server and then implemented when it is working correctly. Stable versions should be made available to users, not beta versions that might have logical errors in the software. Also, the support is sub-par as if complete questions are not read because the questions are being read from a cell phone and incompletely read and not completely understood. There is so little user control which is needed but you have to take it "as is". Control over number of orders and risk and instruments (some people might not like trading XAUUSD or GBPJPY) would greatly help the EA. I've even noticed it closing orders shortly after the new day starts when spreads are highest... who does that unless the orders are suddenly about to become worse... so why weren't they closed before the new day started and spreads were near normal? Some aspects of PennyRobot are good but there is much improvement needed such as recent disallowing change of accounts supposedly because it is a strain on the servers. Most other businesses that took users desiring to change account number into account have a user portal where users can login and change the accounts themselves. If doing it too often is a problem then just allow 1 change each week or something like that.

It has now been 5 days since Penny Robot told me they approved me refund on PayPal. They still have not. If telling someone you did it and telling you, you are waiting on PayPal isnt shady, then dont know what is. They even went into this big spill about how much they weren't scammers and all that mess. Went on and on about it in fact. Yeah right.

Strejdo, based on the context you're using it's actually easy to say that you're the same person as Stacey87, Rheza Valerian, ChrisLeoh and many more who is commenting on this thread to try to persuade persons to make them think that Penny Robot is not a Scam. You turned off indexing on your website. Something that can be used as evidence that guarantees were actually there. Why hide if you're not guilty?

Your broker shouldn't really ask you to do all that things to improve your trades, all that things should happen really gradually and that's basically it. I do not really see how it should have happened in some positive sense of you. Are you with me here ?

I don't wish a margin call on anybody but those on a regular account will experience one soon with way too many orders being opened by PennyRobot (50+ is too many) if the losses don't get you the margin will.
