Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem SCAM WARNING !!!!!!! Reichman Partners DO NOT USE !!!!!!!

I am having an issue with a company
got here from google search, thanks guys for advice :)

Hi rossy0309, were you also contacted by Reichman Partners on Facebook?

Reichman Partners are a Fraud. They are not authorised to be offering investment advice or operate an investment firm unregulated. They've already been reported to the FCA and ActionFraud but see links below to report yourself:

https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam-unauthorised-firm

https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/a-z-of-fraud/investment-fraud

Black's latest proposition is a gold investment which apparently pays interest - 15-17% ROI, min inv USD 25,000

The last person I know who paid interest on gold was King Midas............. and we all know what happened to him.

:)

Reminds me of the Brazen Bull. Looks similar to the famous bronze bull outside Wall Street.
Back in ancient greek times the criminals were thrown inside the bronze bull and lit a fire underneath it!!
Lucky for these thieves now all we've got is the FCA and ActionFraud.

Danny Black also tried to spew items copied from the scam broker Instaforex's site into a comment on an article about 3 dead scam brokers. What's ironic is that most of the lies and exaggerations he's copying from InstaForex are just regurgitated garbage originally spread by Forexgen, one of the dead scam brokers covered in the article Danny tried to comment on.

Danny also emailed about the evil secret he "discovered" during his misguided hunt for facts about the FPA.

"You keep changing your names
Forex bastards you can run but you can’t hide
"

Danny seems to think this is some sort of recent change that was kept secret. He really needs to learn to check facts better before trying to sound like he has important information.

The rebranding from ForexBastards.com was done in November 2007. The plain and simple truth is clearly laid out in this article on the history of the FPA. You can also visit the Archive.org screenshot from November 26, 2007 and see for yourself that the FPA's homepage said "ForexPeaceArmy (formerly known as ForexBastards) was founded ...". There never was any attempt to hide the rebranding, but Forexgen, InstaForex, and now Danny want you to believe there was.

If he really thinks rebranding is a sign of scam, Danny should go after Alphabet Inc.(Formerly Google). That rebranding happened in 2015, so should look very suspicious to him compared to the 12 year old rebranding of the FPA. If you would like to see a list of some other companies that rebranded, read this article.

Instead of harassing me, I wish Daniel Black would return to this thread. Then he could share the original Facebook message which started the thread.

He could explain who the other partners are in Reichman Partners. If Danny's the only one, that would make the ReichmanPartners.com domain name seem a little misleading.

He could also explain a few things about the MyFxBook link he shared in the thread...

https://www.myfxbook.com/members/4XDROID1

1. Danny, why doesn't this page mention anything about Daniel Black or Reichman Partners? Without that, how does anyone know if this account has anything to do with the trading that happens on client accounts?

4xdroid1Profile.png

2. Why does it say "No Experience"? If you want people to let you have access to their money, shouldn't you be bragging about your skills and experience?

3. Why doesn't the account shown here (https://www.myfxbook.com/members/4XDROID1/nitron/3531443_) have its trading privileges verified?

4. Do you expect to hit drawdowns of 45% frequently for accounts controlled by ReichmanPartners?

5. Why did you choose to associate himself with IronFX, considering the regulatory issues it's had? Do you truly feel that client money is safe with such a company?

6. Do you feel that barely over 2 months of trading time is enough for potential clients to understand both the risks and rewards of the system? If not, do you have a verified trading account with a longer track record to show?

Danny, here's your chance. Everyone can see you have access to the thread. If you can come back and answer these questions, you can probably get some FPA members to sign up with Reichman Partners. If you ignore the questions, people will draw their own conclusions.

Danny, you threatened the FPA. tried to post obvious libel in the FPA, and sent all those harassing emails to me. I think I'm being very generous in giving you this last chance to show how your company is worth considering.

A new scam FOREX company has opened:

Reichman Partners
71-75 Shelton St,
London,
WC2H 9JQ

https://www.reichmanpartners.com

They claim to make 20% per month using the IronFX platform

The company is run by the very shady Danny Black, who is 42 and stil lives with his mum - LOL

I have his home address if you have lost money to them.

This is absurd! Reichman Partners is not a broker, nor a forex company. They are an investment company which offer 3rd party trading solutions.
I have been working with them for them since July and didn't encounter any type of problem, of any matter.
Usual human behavior is to follow the crowd, without their own research or experience with the mentioned "scam".

When people find "solutions" which offer 100% to 500% a month, the call it legit. How does that even go?! lol
Once they hear about something actually realistic, as 20% per month, the scam flag comes up?
And this was never guaranteed for me. It's foolish to even think that there are 100% chances for profit, in any type of investment. Anyone who considers this, should just stick to their 9-5.

Cheers.

Spam Cat finds it absurd that an IronFx employee like you would try to defend an IronFx IB without telling anyone about who your employer is. Spam Cat thought IronFx had learned not to do this after he ate several other IronFx spammers.

Spam Cat will now slowly grill you over an open fire before eating you.

I'm sad, but not surprised to see another incident involving an IronFx employee who can't be bothered to mention working for IronFx. IronFx has a history of this sort of abusive activity dating all the way back to 2012.

Reichman Partners is a company that offers to trade client accounts. As I understand it, the clients have to open accounts on IronFx. That means discussing Danny Black's trading is on topic as far as the FPA is concerned.

I see DianneC just decided to attack Antiquax2 instead of addressing any of the questions in this thread. I guess IronFx only pays her enough to be rude and not enough to provide useful information.

Diane, I'll make you a deal. Open an account for Danny at an FCA or ASIC regulated broker with at least a 3 star rating at the FPA and see if he can average 15% monthly returns for one year. If he does, I'll lift the ban on your account.

I'm still waiting to see if Danny is brave enough to come and answer the questions I posed above.

Oh you just met Spam Cat!
Fake review here now from IronFX , claiming to be working with and for Reichman Partners babbling on about 100% and 500% returns that was never guaranteed for them. What are you babbling on about?

You scammers do rely on people following the crowd.
You think this is the usual human behaviour and is why you prey on social media as Fake people with Fake reviews like you have just done here! employees and affiliates opening fake social media accounts posing as satisfied customers!!! The scam flag was raised because of Reichman Partners not being authorised and regulated as an investment firm and trading with IronFX ! not because of the profits (which will be ZERO along with the balance anyone invests with them!!) and only reaffirmed as a Scam by Reichman Partners and your responses here!

Take your LOL's along with Danny's Hashtags and shove them...………..

If you have got time - post a review of Reichman Partners on google. The majority of reviews are users with just a single review giving him five stars - the classic sign of a fake review

Also, Black's response to my negative google review is libellous of FPA

Thanks

Just Googled Reichman Partners and saw his Facebook page, not only is he trading with IronFX, offering Gold investments but there's also a Property Investment scheme where they're in cahoots with another unauthorised and unregulated company! Astute Property Acquisitions Corporation Limited. They're not FCA authorised either but claim to be on the link from Danny's FB page. They say they are "Approved by an FCA Regulated Corporate Advisor" and "All money is received and cleared via an FCA regulated platform." This is all complete Lies and another FRAUD.

link to doc from FB post on 18th Oct.

I'm guessing the FCA and ActionFraud are inundated with complaints and reports but will get around to investigating these thieves, if they're not already!!! I'm hoping their not just Incompetent! It's even more reason to blackout these unauthorised sites ASAP and free up investigations!!
