hi my name is muhammad jamal.I have been trading with octafx since july 2019.my account no is 4058880.yesterday i traded nzd news and made over 1175 $ but my broker ate almost all my profit when i closed my trades i got only 149 $. i was stunned.it was so unbeleivable i thought it was a good regulated broker.fortunately i was recording the video of trade so i have the proof of this scam but i am not able to attach here.i contacted them sent them this video even after watching the video they are not paying me my money.***order no 6850661 3 lot size i closed at 370 usd profit (according to the video) but i got only 90 usd (according to trade history). order no 6850999 size 1.50 lot was closed by me on 810 usd profit (according to the video) but i got only 49.85 usd (according to trade history).Total profit was 1179 and octa gave me only 150$.***.plz help me with this.if this cannot help me i just can expose octa with sharing that video on every social media and in traders forums.i have the video proof.this is the link to the video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AldYoJHrdYz1btCpzbPL4xLLT0ZqBmmI/view?usp=gmail

Still octafx has not replied my email after 14 nov also they are not replying here.This was a lot of money for me could have changed my life but its sad that they are not even responding.a clear scam broker watch out traders i have two videos of their two scams watch these videos .video 1 video 2
be carefull dont invest your hard earned money on such a scam broker.i would like to take good suggessions from my fellow traders.also i am reporting this scam in actionfraud.i have evidence and i am right here and i will fight hard for my right.

Its been 7 days they are not replying my e mails they are not replying here in their live chat i asked them to reply here or on my mail but they are just saying you will get your reply soon.I dont know what does that mean , but its clear cut scam they cant justify what happened there in the video.This is there 1st reply after watching that video

  • Position 6850661 Buy NZDUSD was opened on November 13 at 03:00 (Server time) at 0.63901 price. Then you closed this order at 03:00 at 0.63931 Bid price. At 03:00 the lowest Bid price was 0.63332 and the highest Bid price was 0.64175. As you can see the close price 0.63931 was clearly available on the market.
  • Position 6850999 Buy NZDUSD was opened on November 13 at 02:59 (Server time) at 0.63369 price. Then you closed this order at 03:00 at 0.63409 Bid price. At 03:00 the lowest Bid price was 0.63332 and the highest Bid price was 0.64175. As you can see the close price 0.63409 was clearly available on the market.
Note that at 03:00 (Server time) there was an important NZD related news release - "RBNZ Interest Rate Decision" that usually affects the market this way.
It was a very important news release which caused the market to become extremely volatile and price gaps to appear.
This is absolutely normal and can easily happen during such news releases. You should consider it during your real trading and especially if you decide to trade during news time.
As you can see there are no issues with your position. Everything was executed correctly in accordance with market prices. The same can be applied to other positions of yours.
If you think you experience any delay in orders' execution please bear in mind that MT4 requires a fluid internet connection without stops and disruptions.
And always check that you are connected to the data center with the lowest latency.
Just keep in mind that prices are being quoted very quickly and they can change in a moment after you click "Open order" or "Close order" button especially around midnight.

Since i started this draft a few hours ago, there have already been several posts.

1) Here is the video again in mp4 format (I used local software to convert it)



Great video BTW. If more FPA users did this, cases can be brought forward much quicker.

It does seem to clearly show that the price quoted was not given to you. But let's gather some additional records just to be safe.











2) @hamdi786 Can you attach a copy of:

a) your trade history (go to account history, right click click to show "all history" and then click on "Detailed Statement"). Quick how-to video:


















b) your journal logs for that day. It must show when you entered the trade and exited trade. So one day's records should be enough. Quick how-to video:




















and attach them here. You may need to zip them first.

Or you can provide screenshot of the account history / journal tabs showing these trades when you tried to close them. Just widen the journal window and capture as many transactions as you can.

Yes I think i have a question , I payed octafx around 200$ spread for these two trades and while closing my trades something happens and I get only 149.85$ out of 1179.85.Well I dont think I made any mistake during this time.Now i have only one solution complain to your trade Compliance Department and they reply me this

This reaction is shocking I mean what is your trade Compliance Department is saying even after watching the video of incident.now I am replying on that mail again and again and saying watch the video first then reply me.and they have no time to reply me even this ,yes we are investigating,what are they doing ?i know they are just ignoring my mails.And here you come for 5 minutes and respond

What is going on?What are they investigating?Its clear money was stolen from trades and history was changed accordingly and who can do this me? thats impossible.broker?(in my opinion)yes. Already my 10 days are waisted in this *thing* none of my fault.I am not trading since then just waiting for you to respond and getting my money back.What I want compensate my money 1st (so that I can continue trading) after that investigate whatever you want. If its not even brokers fault then I should not suffer from this problem because i paid broker 200$ spraed for these two trades. I am requesting you to consider this problem and compensate money back into my account so that i can start trading again. I will appriciate your positive response over this request.Already 10 days gone I can wait for 1 more week after that i will not eccept any excuses and will be putting these videos in suitable ,well crowded forums.Plz consider this I am serious I already suffered enough.
At last I am thankful to all traders for having my back here and I really appriciate this fpa effort.Thank you.guys....

Truth is I dont want to know what happened to my trades from your Trade Compliance Department.Because I know well what happened to my trades.So just compensate the money to the account so that i can start trading.
