Demo accounts

Do not choose separate broker for demo. Choose this one which you`ll use for real too. In that way you`re testing the broker along as your skills.

Why so? Isn't all their demo account offer same instant execution and tools? I think of demo as something default that is same between brokers.

Demo account helps us for ready to the real account we need experience for real trading account so we do demo account and keep in mind money management check your equity and use a small lot size put stop loss and take profit at every trade and draw the proper support and resistance on the trading chart

No. Different brokers mean different spreads, different executions and etc.

I think demo server each broker has different location, for dealing desk broker usually in demo account will run very well, but since start trading in real account, it`s different between demo server and real server, if there any option trading server, better to choose location server that near with our location, it also influenced in data speed connection

How to find which server is near with our location?

I can give you my personal opinion, but don't be judged only with it, you should decide on your own. Demo accounts (in case it's good). are the same as real trading with only one difference - you don't risk your real money. However, there are both advantages and disadvantages.
Reasons to choose trading with demo-account:
1. That's with no risks, you don't risk anything, as you don't need to make deposit instantly.
2. That's easy to start
3. You can test a broker
4. You can test your skills
5. You can test different strategies
However, there are some disadvantages, that's true:
1. That's create feeling that trading is a game
2. You can get used to trade with no risks
So just judge all pros and cons, by the way, I suggest you to try trading with demo, at least for some days.

Maybe contact to a broker, sometimes if they use different server locations to avoid down the server due to get high traffic because there are many client trades with them, but I see not all broker have some server

I think that's a great resume of pros and cons of Demo accounts.
I would add one more thing. I can't decide if it's an advantage or a disadvantage:
The lack of stress while trading with real money. It's hard to avoid rash and emotional decisions while losing your investment. This is something you can't experience on a Demo account but it's an essential part of trading.

the only issue i have with demos is that they can't account for slippage, which you will definitely be exposed to on a live environment. but this is impossible to put in a demo lol

Slippage is not so high if you trade on liquid pairs and with ECN broker. Although since these costs at add up, scalpers can start to notice how it affect their performance.
