    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Prime4x Broker

I am having an issue with a company
Hi pouya ghiaci,

my friend had similar problem...
He called there and he talk with Mr Joe Adams. Propably he is kind of the chief or something. My friend said me the he told him some "soldiers" words and after a week he had his money back.
I know that he used a moneybooker and only via moneybooker he could take money back.

I know that is not too much but hope it will help you.

Send a complaint to Hellenic Bank

Prime4X's bank is Hellenic Bank of Cyprus. Go to their web site, download the complaints form, fill it in and send it to the e-mail address written at the bottom of the form.
 
Contact Joe Adams (see earlier post by Diacon), he will help for sure.

No update, they simply dont pay anyone in Iran
they are biggest scam broker in history, they stole millions of $ from Iranian people,
In Iran all Ib which they worked with prime4x got disappointed and they lost all their money on this broker, because this broker dont paying them,
the sad story is that many many people put real money on this broker in iran via IBs, but now Because broker dont paying IBs, so this people lost their money and most of them are weak people, god damn this broker which did this to Iranian people,
Now all we waiting and praying that maybe some miracle happened and prime4x pay us,
the money in question is BIG very BIG in total ...
 
Another reason to deal directly with a broker instead of through an IB that accepts/disburses the money. Now the broker and the IB can each blame the other and the traders are still without their money.
