What do you know about
binarysignals.com/trading-results
and k2investing, upinfin, prestigeoption ?

They send binary option signals after you deposit to : anyooption, k2investing, upinfin, prestigeoption, tradorax.

anyoption is a known scam here in forexpeacearmy.
tradorax played the "WE NEED MORE CAPITAL !!! on a huge drawdown or loose your money" trick, so I lost the money. They really wrote the message in CAPITALs and with many exclamation marks :D

Let me make this very simple.

1. There is no such thing as a liquidity provider in Binary options. Your deposits go into their bank accounts. Any withdrawals which get processed come out of their bank accounts. Considering how many traders lose money all by themselves, this is a very profitable business model, but the greedy criminals behind 99+% of binary companies try to operate on a deposit-only basis.

2. If binary companies were honest and the signals were successful, the brokers would lose money very quickly. At the bare minimum, they wouldn't be accepting referrals from a signals company which was costing them money.

3. There are plenty of examples here in Scam Alerts of someone putting in a $250 or so deposit in order to use some binary robot, signals, or system, only to have the company say "that service isn't very good, so let us recommend trades for you". A little analytical thought would reveal that accepting this offer would be like asking a casino employee to help you make winning bets.

The signals, robots, and systems exist solely to drive traffic to their preferred scam brokers. In some cases, they are even owned by the same brokers.

My name is Bryan Ouzts and I am the owner of BinarySignals.com as of August 2nd, 2018. The above comments were referring to it's previous owner.

This presents a small problem. The website has a new owner, but should facts about what happened to clients of the first owner be erased from history?

I will not ask again. If i must ask again I will file with our lawyer a cease and desist letter to you. If you fail to comply we will see you in court. Don't make this more difficult for you financially.

Instead of discussing this rationally, you came back almost a year after your first complaint, ignored my question, and demanded removal of this thread. When I pointed out that this would be unfair to clients of the previous owner, you waived a magic legal stick at me.

Should I now cower in terror and beg you to please not hit me? That's not going to happen. Instead, I'm placing information about your threat and a link to this thread on the BinarySignals.com review page.

Facts about binarysignals.com were placed in this thread by FPA member Markkup. Ownership of a second hand domain name doesn't give you the right to erase facts and comments that were valid when they were posted.

If you bought up a domain that was infamous for scams, would you be threatening online news sources if they didn't erase articles mentioning it? Would you threaten to sue regulators for having warnings about the domain name?

I can find tens of thousands of articles online about Bill Gates being the current CEO of Microsoft. Why don't you sue every site with such an article and demand they edit it to cover the fact that Gates retired is now the former CEO? After all, what those articles say is no longer the current fact.

In this thread, you've made sure everyone knows Markkup's comments refer to a previous owner of binarysignals.com. Thay's better than millions of online articles that never get updated as history changes who's in what job and who owns what domain?

That's your choice. Not a very smart one. I'll see you in court ;) My lawyer will be contacting you this week.

Your inaccurate reviews and comments its what just put you in a very big financial burden. I gave you a choice and you are now going to see the impact.

Make sure to let the lawyer know the FPA is based in the USA.

Ask your lawyer how CDA 230 affects your rights to legally complain about a 3rd party posting. Also, ask your lawyer what grants you the magical right to erase items that were factual at the time of the posting.
