You can link to it. But also attach it (or link from cloud storage like dropbox, google drive, etc) in case the link is changed. Do you have a copy of the old agreement? Or rather, you said you have video of the old/new risk disclosure?? you can attach it here or to youtube as an unlisted video.

You can add that to the complaint with regulator (that they changed their agreement).

You may want to consider contacting AFCA and initiate an complaint. This will only work if you can prove you worked with the Australian part of the firm. Keep us updated.

I have lodged a complaint thru Afca, and it is in progress now. I have submitted the related video record on the changes as well.
Am not sure if I'am allowed to share the evidence in a forum or other third party while the complaint is in progress. While waiting the ongoing process, i will keep monitor any suspicious conduct and all evidences related to the case.

Out of my curiousity, will it works if by showing my MT4 id under their website and an email registration confirmation and history of communication with the company which listed as member of afca?

Will my complaint eligible if only by providing screenshots or videos on my MT4 id (real account with capital inside), account registration email, and conversation history through ghctrade website login platform? (am not sure if this question includes or treated as legal advice. Admin may need to remove this question if it is and please remove the brackets if it is not)

Old agreement was downloaded latest on 25th Nov 2019, and as of 27th Nov 2019 the company changed the risk disclosure documents and content of the website under hedging FAQ.
There are also few changes on the risk disclosure under client's acknowledgement.
The company should not disabled or freeze MT4 account which it was happened to my MT4 since 18th Oct 2019 before they made this changes quietly without notice not even stating different version of updates.

There is no evidence on what the company said as my trades were rejected by liquidity providers / banks. not even showing particular trades that they pointed to and this only happen long after i requested for withdrawal.
This is only refusal (using "last look" without evidences) to pay my hard earned money.

How I wish regulators may step in to resolve this.

The company changed its website URL links without notice and I totally have no idea what happened to my money they owed me and the rest of customers who doesnt know this.
This behavior is totally non sense. I really hope someone helps consider urgently take action to investigate, monitor, or stop this company.

If you type ghctrade.com in the browser it automatically redirects to ghctrades.com - the entire sites default language is in Chinese. https://ghctrade.com/en/login.html goes straight to the 404 error page as in your vid. Something is not right!!! Especially not informing clients first.

If go to https://www.ghctrades.com/en/login.html and select country as Canada you get the same 404 server error page as your ws Indonesia login.

GHCTrades link to their regulation and licencing page states they are also FINTRAC registered (they registered with them on 2019-07-31 see https://www10.fintrac-canafe.gc.ca/msb-esm/public/msb-search/search-by-name/ ) Maybe let FINTRAC know since they are Canada's financial intelligence unit and get them on the case with ghctrade / ghctrades !!!

Let's keep an eyes to them. at least there will be a victim who always focus on their suspicious activities and report to any kind of forums available.
They got my money, i will trail them where ever they go.
