Resolved: MY ISSUES WITH MAXIMUSFX,

After having some good experience with MaximusFx, it all changed around November when My trades of 2.5 lots was closed out of positions with a loss of -2271$ leaving me with a balance of 5000$. At first I realized I could no longer have access to my MT4 same day my trades were closed out, I tried reaching to support no response, but I had communicated my maximusfx account manager who could not explain why my trades were closed out in losses added to that my leverage was reduced from 1:100 to 1:25 in minutes and after my trades were closed out it was brought back to 1:100 immediately(Like I did not see it), I GOT ALL MY SCREENSHOT EVIDENCES, IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. So I decided to pull out all my remaining balance and leave but Maximus kept cancelling it. I asked my account manager and he explained how I am on strict STP and how I can only withdraw 500$ for every 8 lots traded, I mean who does that. With No Long explanation I want to know why

2. My leverage was manipulated over 5 times the same day and got back to previous after trades were closed out

3. There is no reliable support team to tackle errors like this

4. Why I can't just withdraw my balance and leave MaximusFx if you are an ECN.

1) you say you have screenshots of the manipulation. Do you have any screen video recording of this also? (bandicam / thundersoft screen recorders). Similar to surveillance video or dash cam, often times a video sequence is needed. If the video is too large to be uploaded here, you can upload it as an unlisted video to youtube, facebook, etc OR use cloud service like google drive, dropbox, etc and add shareable url link here.

2) Do you have a copy of your complete account history? here is how to generate this.

















Make sure "all history is selected" to show maximum evidence. Then upload as a zip file.

also, copies of other things like withdraw requests etc would be helpful.

3) communication with the broker (live chat, emails, etc), do you have screenshot or screen recording of this?

Curious to know why you thought a legitimate financial institution can limit withdraws to $500/request, and initially this was somehow ok for you.

6) STOP TRADING if you have not already done so. And avoid any other blackmail attempts.

Can you submit some of the evidence of your claims as stated in this post? Block out any sensitive info like email address.
