Hello people, very good afternoon.
I am opening a topic here to ask for help about a situation that IC Market is causing in not approving / releasing my withdrawals via neteller from one of my accounts.

I am trying to withdraw from an account where I only made credits via neteller and already made some withdrawals.
But my last withdrawal request ($ 200.00) they blocked informing that I can only withdraw via credit card.
The point is that this account I did not make any deposits via credit card. Neteller only.

As an additional information and image attached to this topic, I have already made some withdrawals from this account via neteller, but these withdrawals have not even reached the value of the neteller deposits I made.

Deposits:
Important to note that only 2 deposits were made to this and both via neteller:
- 2019.04.01: $ 2,000.00
- 2019.06.04: $ 4,000.00
Total: $ 6,000.00

Withdrawals:
- 2019.05.17: $ 1,804.62
- 2019.07.05: $ 190.00
- 2019.10.07: $ 270.00
- 2019.11.08: $ 500.00
Total of $ 2,764.62

Therefore, if at least a deposit / withdrawal relationship was made to this account, I would still have a cash out balance of $ 3,235.38 via neteller.

I am attaching the support response where it states that the amount needs to be withdrawn by the method originally used for deposit. which in the case of this account was neteller, but they are not allowing it.

Can someone help / direct me how can I clarify this situation with ic markets and especially resolve and perform my withdrawal?

I immediately appreciate the help.
Thank you and I look forward to it.

Yes, there is no problem that you can withdraw the funds via neteller.
Please ask icmarket about reason why withdrawal via only credit card .

By the email, I can understand that you have already withdrawn the initial deposit amount via Neteller and you haven't done the same with a credit card. So, question is, did you deposited the money by using two methods, Neteller and CC?

be careful most brokers have a closed-loop policy whereby you must first withdraw the same amount you deposited via the SAME METHOD you used, then any profits on top can be withdrawn separately via the same or alternative method. is that what has happened..?

He said that for this account, there was no deposits made via credit card. Only neteller was used.

Reply back to the accounts department and CC the compliance department that you are formally complaining that they are in error about their calculations. Then show your calculations in the same email.

Do this today. And then see how @IC Markets will respond. I'm sure it will be positive.

Make sure you write that it is a formal complaint about your inability to withdraw via neteller.

And ask them to show you alternative calculation if they think your calculations are incorrect.

Usually when the profits are deviating invested amount companies will send you funds via different payment method, but never trough a credit card - this is the most expensive and longest process, its easier to continue to pay via ewallet like neteller or at least send the money via wire. This is very strange..
Ask them to provide you with a statement of all your deposits/withdrawal, might be that the numbers are different on their side.
