Scam broker: https://esterholdings.com/
Regulated in Vanuatu as ESTER HOLDINGS INC. (40158)
The amount stolen: 681 USD

- withdrawal requested on Oct 14th, so far no communication from them
- at first, I subscribed to broker's trading signal, however, the trading style changed so I urgently requested to stop their signal, however, trading still continued
- then I changed my master password on MT4 to avoid more trades to be open
- then I realized they changed the MT4 password so they could open new trades and I could have not to access the account anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!
- now account balance shows ZERO

First of all, invite the company by using the invite company option to your thread. And if you are unable to locate the option then this thread "Tutorial: How to Invite a company to your thread." will help you to find out.

Note: The invitation button will be enabled when your first post reaches 4 days old.

Can you reattach the Facebook conversation please?

3) Can you gather your account statements and ? Check this post with instructions:

4) as a final resort, you may attempt to reach out to Vanuatu regulator. Check this post:

Although I would not suggest you hold your breath with Vanuatu gov't. Hopefully they will surprise you.

hi 4evermaat,
thanks:
re.: 2. see attached, last communication on Dec 11th, 2019:)
re.: 3.they changed the MT4 password so I don't have access to the account anymore, also they don't send the daily or monthly statements so I have no idea what's going on with the account now
re.: 4, already contacted them 2 months ago, no reply at all, absolutely useless regulator, see their google reviews, speaks for itself (VFSC)

And I assume you never kept any regular backups. Or used a history analyzer like myfxbook.

forward the same email to all the addresses listed (in a single email). And just mention that no one responded to the first email. See if you get a reply.

Have you tried calling them? using skype or voip service. See if anyone answers the phone (during their daytime business hours). I know rates to Vanuatu are not the cheapest.

When you go offshore (especially an offshore financial company), it should only be with a company where you are familiar with who is running it and trust that person.

I took a screenshot of the client area showing the Withdrawal request denied.
