Problem pocket option ( Gembell Limited) is scam company. i lose USD 7000

I have attached the only reason pocket option sent to me ---> speculating vulnerability of system on Nov 5

and i request the evidence on Nov 6 , then they did not reply any emails.

Besides, as you can see from previous conversation, they suddenly argue that i have opened a duplicate account. This reason is not a fact and not mention before. suddenly pop out !

@PocketOption are you either going to provide evidence to @Benjaminngsiu1234 of the website vulnerability and the duplicate account or return all of his funds?

What Pocket Option(Gembell Limited) should do ?
First of all, refund my deposited fund (1000+1100-500) 1600 USD
Secondly, return all my profit to me about 6000 USD
Thirdly, say apologize to public that pocket opiton make a mistake to block my account and take away all my deposit fund and profit.

Italy's CONSOB has just blacklisted pocketoption.com

Consob Warns of Unregulated Brokers Hunting for Business in Italy
The watchdog added that these financial promotions were unlikely to provide consumers with the clarity required by its rules.

"The Italian securities regulator, Consob, today blacklisted a new list of FX and crypto-focused brands including ForTradersFX Ltd; Gembell Limited Services – PO TRADE LTD – Tifiya Group s.r.o.; FAH Investment LTD; Muller Enterprise Ltd, FSM Smart Ltd, among many others."

The updated list includes the following domains:
fortradersfx.com;
pocketoption.com;
web.cryptozone24.com;
aurumpro.co, aurumprofin.cc and aurum-pro-finance.cc;
fsmsmarts.com.

"The watchdog also put a blanket ban in place against activities of 24Option and Hoch Capital Ltd, two CySEC-licensed Forex & CFD brokers."
