Liteforex Account 5039211 suddenly disappear from portal! Where are my money???

Hi,

similarly to other users of this forum I deposited 1100€ on liteforex on my account 5039211. I did some trades and then i sent withdrawal request of some funds (not all acccount funds): 947€.

Just to clarify: I was born in italy, i moved since one year my residence to the Albania even if i am often in italy and in other countries for my main job. My login was done from my Vps - Provider is Vultr - that is based on TY3 datacenter that i use for trade. Ip: 45.32.57.15 (so you can check by yourself). I do not see nothing strange and no way to sudden hide some specific trading accounts, - not all, some sub accounts are still working - from my profile. A profile identity compliance issue is not a single account issue so hide a single account like you did does not make a sense

Let me add that on a serious Broker (with "B") this kind of "checks" from your "specialist" as you wrote should be done during the application phase doing verification and deep review of the profile informations and documents provided (AML) . That is the correct moment to do this kind of verifications, also simply asking to the client in case of doubt.

Not after he did deposit and trades, when he send withdrawal request!!!!

This does not make a sense, it look a simple excuse also considering this is not the first case we can read here on forexpeacearmy of clients account hidden.

Anyway I am fully available for any question and clarification about my identity and documents provided. I am real person and i do trades since lot of years on many brokers.

1) is this behavior unusual (for a client to have login IP address from a different location than their resident id)?
2) is this behavior unusual (for a client to have ID from a different country than they are currently located)?
3) the account was already verified. And these facts you have stated are already well known for several days/weeks why is it suddenly a problem at withdrawal time?

Fx is a global business. And you verified the account with all of these facts already in place (and each trade made the same facts were still in your possession). Only at withdraw request time did you freeze/remove the account.

you didn't complete all of the steps. the 2nd half of invitation needs to be complete.

Take a screenshot of the top or bottom of this thread with the invite button.

When the process is 100% complete, both invitation buttons will disappear.

Be patient please and wait for an answer in the email. As we said before it can take 14 days but usually it takes less than 14 days.
