Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Please help me recover my funds from pepperstone.com!

I am having an issue with a company
Please note that the last time I called customer care I spoke to the VP and had a conference call with someone from accounts and I was assured that I would get my money. This was last week Tuesday-Wednesday I think.

Did you record this call? No honest broker takes 3 months to process a withdrawal. It should have been processed within 48 hours, and only in an exceptional case. Usually same or next day processing.

I didn’t record it. In hindsight I should have recorded all conversations and screenshot all chats. I never thought it would get to this

That is what so many victims think at first. They really think the best of their broker, with no idea as to what lurks behind the surface.

Hello xremmy

Firstly, I completely understand that speed of withdrawals is critically important to all of our clients. Our goal is to have funds in a clients account as soon as possible!

I also note that your screenshots appears to be from 'papperstone.com'. Please note we do not own this domain or have any record of sending the emails you have provided or faced any issues similar to the content shown in the provided emails such as an 'ingregity audit process'.

When looking into this case, I believe it is straight forward, you have requested a withdrawal in October 2019 which was processed the same day successfully.

We are always committed to working with our clients and have just sent you a more detailed reply containing the withdrawal receipts, including transaction reference numbers that can be used to follow up with the payment provider used.

Regards,
Mitch

I have posted a review on forex peace army already

I tried logging in to get my account statement but now it’s saying my account has been archived due to inactivity, when I placed the withdrawal order it was for everything in the account so since then I have not traded.

This is odd. when did you last check this? was the account visible at this time?

can you see the withdrawal and deposit history also?

Check PM.

.....
Also find attached the emails
I also noticed something fishy that the last email I received reads support@papperstone.com unlike the other ones that said support@pepperstone.com and another email I got from accounts@pepperstone.com I copied this particular address in the email I sent to pepperstone and it came back not delivered

But if some screenshots do say pEpperstone and not pApperstone, then how do you explain this?

They replied my email referring to the first 2 withdrawals I made on the account, because I can’t access my account I can’t show them the withdrawal history
