RESOLVED - Roboforex has always a reason not to pay a withdraw!

I did withdrawing with my credit card (visa) from my trading account from Roboforex. This Visa Card is simply approved and verified by Roboforex. And yet they know how to find a reason to refuse the withdrawal."Please make new bank card authorization via method Visa/MasterCard and create another withdrawal request. " 14 day's urlier i did the same. I did complain at the support but they did not respond.
Because roboforex has unfairly cancled my withdraw.
I have to pay commision because its a day later.
Now I have to wait 2 weeks. But then they have the same excuus.
Roboforex is not interested in any complaints. They don't take the clients seriously at all.
I first placed the complaint with them, so neat. but they are not at all neat.
 
What is the account #'s at RoboForex?

You should not send any more money to a suspected scammer. Or wait any longer. You should receive your withdrawal in full.

And what was the cause of any withdrawal delay?

Thank you for contacting RoboForex Company.

Please be informed that your withdrawal has been cancelled due to requirement of payment system which was applied after your last deposit in 2018. In order to withdraw funds we kindly asked you to make new bank card autorization (a small deposit) to authorize your bank card again in their system so you could repeat the attempt.

As for free funds withdrawal program - please be informed due to this reason of rejection you would be compensated you next withdrawal anyway without waiting for 2 weeks of free funds withdrawal promotion.

Please create another withdrawal request and it will be with compensated commission.

And what was the cause of any withdrawal delay?
Actions taken are following:
1) As we can see client made new authorization (a minimum deposit) and his new withdrawal request has been already executed with compensated commission.
2) Regarding question of withdrawal delay - please be informed that withdrawal was not delayed. Bank card authorization is obligatory requirement of processing system and that is why we asked client to proceed with authorization first and repeat withdrawal attempt.
