Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
long time no see since i posted here, but what i can see is that the people DO NOT READ or CANT READ what i wrote before, stop using MT4 or MT5 or anything else but cTrader, no matter what broker you use if you don't trade using cTrader you will always have bad experiences with your brokers, and by the way is not the same ICM that IC Markets, those are two very different brokers please make no mistake with that, the first you need to know before trading whatever is the difference between Stp/NDD/ECN and a market maker, if your broker is only market maker or does not offer you cTrader you are just wasting your time over there, eventually you will have a conflict of interest with it therefore you will loose some money, time and who knows what else, before trading research and education about it is the mos importan thing a trader must do, then you will choose wisely and the money will come

Hi Every Body
It is a real headache to make bank withdrawals with ICMarkets, I was working comfortable with them for 3 years, when I was
new and I did not generate profits, the support was very good, however, now that I generate profits of 300%, they do not
they are allowing me to withdraw my profits, and their support is very bad too
IC Markets retains bank withdrawals, and makes excuses and many obstacles. A month ago June 29, 2019 I tried to withdraw
my earnings, but icmarkets canceled the request, just only withdraws 200USD by skrill.
Its a Big Pain withdrawal

Soon i make a thread to expose my case!!!

Regards
Hello brother, I'm in the same soup you are in. I've not been able to withdraw earnings in over a month. I have used different debit cards all not working. Pls how do I expose them and how do u know how to use skrill

Hello everyone. I'm here to expose Ic market SC for who they truly are, a bunch of lying theives. So I opened an account In early February, made profit on the account , then To withdraw my earnings was the issue. I deposited via my Mastercard

After depositing with my master card I'm supposed to withdraw through same master card, but each time I make a withdrawal order it is processed and completed however after a few hours the same amount I withdrew will be deposited back to my trading account

I tried to withdraw $138 it was returned , I tried to withdraw $199 it was completed and then the same $199 was deposited back into my trading account and they sent me an email saying ' transfer not permitted to the card holder' on several occasions that I should contact my card issuer. So I did just that but they assured me that they havent seen anything and that probably Ic market is a scam. I choose not to believe my bank so I got another bank debit card registered on ic market sent them the picture and all. I was thinking that maybe my former card issuer is the problem. So I tried withdrawing with the new Visa card after I had been approved for withdrawal, to my greatest surprise same thing as before. Transfer not permitted to card holder, same experience with other Mastercard and then my funds that had been processed for withdrawal will be automatically deposited into my trading account. It really saddens me because I had planned my life now ic market, the fraudster, has finished me. Pls I can't use bank wire as it take months before reaching here. Also Skrill netteller just too complex. Anyone with know about how to contact them pls help. I have been suffering for close to a month. USERNAME richydabully777@gmail.com. MT4 login : 2000011401

hi there, i understand, i went through the same thing, the problem is the payment processor provider, the wont allow you to withdraw using a credit/debit card, i talk to them they explain this to me about a year ago, you have to choose a different method, in my case the only possible method is via wire transfer, if you have the paypal option i recommend that to you, other than that a bank transfer is your best bet weather it is local or wire, i hope this helps

Thanks for the reply brother, bank wire takes months before reaching my country, that makes the whole trading process meaningless. Also Skrill means I will loose a lot of money before I get my money. Is there no other way? Domiciliary account or something.

well, for me a wire transfer takes 2 weeks before i can have any money in my hands, and skrill or neteller are ban for my country so y cant use them, but as far as i can tell they both belong to the same parent company, i guess skrill charges you 5 bucks to transfer money back to your account, the only thing you have to do is to deposit using a debit card, if the withdrawal works the same way as paypal the money will be transfer back to your debit card, meaning the money will be back to your bank account at no extra cost, i cant remember witch one but either skrill or neteller have an issue if you try to use master card credit cards for online transactions, so it would be best if you use a visa, and every time you use a credit/debit card you will be charge about 3%, thats like an international credit/debit fee it cant be avoided, and dont try to withdraw more than 10k no matter the withdrawal method international laws apply and skrill and neteller requires you to be a confirmed user in order for you to be able to make large withdrawal amounts

Take this into serious consideration before opening an account with ICM!

Also read my review on ICM as to why you should reconsider opening an account with ICM!

For some time now ICM have been giving me (fake) spikes taking out my SL's but yet these spikes are not seen with other brokers, This is not just a one off thing, this is happening all the time and one of the reason's I closed my live account with ICM. Here is the proof ICM give fake prices taking out my SL

My main trusted broker that I have been with for around 7years. Take note price never made a lower low and didn't take out my SL

One of my trading buddies brokers chart, notice price never made a lower low

My ICM chart where price not only made a lower low and taking out my SL but ICM even slipped my SL to the low of the (fake) spike down

ICM can NOT be trusted, You have been warned!

Hi dkami.
Seems like the screenshots you posted have been deleted. Could you repost them? I'd really like to see what it looks like. Thanks.

I see many bad comments about this broker here, but still it appears the first on the list if you sort them by popular here at FPA. It's a very big broker with very good spreads, multi-regulated, ECN... I really don't know what to think.
