If you didn't return the money without checking your account, why would you accept it before checking your account? It's very simple to return the money to the same source from which it was deposited

It's better to be with the "right" broker, even if it takes a little bit longer. It's unfortunate that very few forex companies provide bona-fide brokerage services in the best interest of their clients. And binary options it is even less.

According most of the regulations a company cannot hold your funds if they "refuse" to accept you as a client, which in this case they are doing. In fact, a regulate company cannot even accept funds from you before your account is verified.
Ask to raise a complaint with there complaints department and ask for your money back and hopefully it will help.
