Complaint involving Multis - suspected Key To Markets Limited fraud

@Vanessa.P You can go ahead and initiate a formal email complaint with Key-To-Markets support department. CC compliance department. Indicate in the email that it is a formal complaint.

Explain what you think they did wrong. And how they can make it right.

Do you remember when you first sent them an email?
 
I sent a complaint nine days ago but without receiving any official response, but above all no mention on their website or email that referred to the Financial Ombusdman Service in case of dissatisfaction as required by the FCA regulations by which they are regulated, I proposed them to only get the deposit back carried out on their platform but no feedback from them
 
the broker claims to respond to your complaint within two months! this is insane (the time to provide an answer is a maximum of two weeks)

I think they can take up to 8 weeks in UK for a formal response. And they will take 7.5-8 weeks!!!!!

I suggest you move forward with UK FOS complaint on Monday. They will tell you to wait for the formal response from the broker, but you still want to get the FOS process started.

Also, if you have not done so, please request a full withdrawal of your funds from the broker.
