Resolved: Amana capital delete my pending order

I have deposit a 1000 usd on Amana capital to trade .
Last week I have open trades and put a pending orders in case of market goes against my trade ( hadge).
Then I found my pending orders deleted and market goes against my trades which lead to margin out my account and let lost it totally.
I returned back to them and first they state that this orders was deleted because u don't have enough margin and when I replied that these trades deleted before margin call ,they said that those orders deleted by me.
I don't now how to solve this issue and return my money back.

First of all, invite the company by using the invite company option to your thread. And if you are unable to locate the option then this thread "Tutorial: How to Invite a company to your thread." will help you to find out.

I already sent many emails to them to identify where is the issues but they reply that the orders were deleted by however I didn't do that and they sent a fake statement show that.

I already did it since 10 hours ago, and also send an email to their administration but no answer or reply for their side until now

Again, read my first suggestion along with the screenshot. The company option will be available after 4 days.

The button of edit company invitation is enabled for me and I'm already invited them through this process and also put my review and send email to their administration for that issue.

You must wait 96 hours from when you start this thread before the INVITE button is visible. The formal invitation will not be processed until you press INVITE company button, go through that menu, and then the invite button will disappear and invitation will be sent.

Is this clear?

So you need to wait another 2-3 days and the come back and COMPLETE the FPA's invite process.
