i can see you signed up under NZ branch, but i checked their FSP license has been deregistered since 2018, this could be serious, especially for clients who still trading under NZ branch. maybe u should try contact the local financial regulator

I sent this answer to the broker but I have not received a reply: "Hi, I have read your response to my complaint and I would like to have more explanations to attach to my complaint to the Fos: 1) the response to my complaint had to be made by a department" independent and impartial compliance instead took place by the director of the company to which I made a complaint 2) in the response to the complaint, misleading and generic answers are given that do not respond clearly to my Specific complaint 3) having UK regulation you should have to comply with the Esma rules (being a European customer) therefore I should have had 1.30 leverage. We await appropriate clarifications to be attached to the rest of the complaint file. "
Best regards

That was just a deflection. She was/is with UK FCA branch of KTM the whole time. They just want @Vanessa.P to just go away. If vanessa has already gotten back her deposit, I just recommend walking away from this. The FPA report here + review is good enough to warn others.

She can continue to pursue UK FCA complaint....but not sure how much in damages FCA will award if she has already gotten back deposited funds.

Quite frankly, my view on Key To Markets were pretty positive a year prior. Afterwards, I saw an unusual amount of threads circulating on its dealings on spreads, client's issues and many other negative prospect online. I was in a disbelief but now... I may honestly conclude that the evidence portrayed in this thread clearly rules the reputation of this business as of date...
