Resolved: EASY MARKETS REFUSING TO PAY ME MY IB/AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS OF OVER $5,000.

Dear Andrew, We have already replied and explained this thoroughly to you through various emails and phone calls. We even tried to see how we could find a solution, making an exception for the years of cooperation with us, despite of your breaching the agreement with different points, but again you were negative. In respect to your commission payment, the Affiliate Agreement stipulates that:

  1. Clause 7.2.5. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Affiliate all the Affiliate’s Commission due as set out in this Agreement. This would be the case if the following clause was also fulfilled.
  2. Clause 4.6. If the IB fails to generate a New Active User for two (2) months, BCM may terminate this Agreement or suspend the IBs account. During the suspended period, the Compensation plan will be changed and the portfolio of the IB’s clients will stay in the IBs’ account. However, the suspended IB will not earn any pending commission generated during the suspension time. The IB shall be entitled to receive any commissions generated, for the first four (4) years from the activation of the traders’ account”.

Your Affiliate account is now closed as per your request. Due to the fact that the commission at issue is based on clients who were activated more than 4 years ago, as per Clause 4.6, then the IB is not eligible for receiving any commission, therefore Clause 7.2.5 is not applicable in your case.
1. You have not called me nor sent any emails this past week till now, to my request( attached email proof) of my request. The last time I spoke to customer support I was told to contact Bharat, who has neither replied any of my emails or tickets.
2. Are you still going on about with this plain hiding behind clauses? Are you saying all the commissions accrued are from 2011 when you just brought the 4.6 sentence on April 14th 2014. What of my commissions that were to be sent before that date. Also I have brought more than 7 clients THIS YEAR ALONE.
If my account is closed send me whatever commission you want to send me , don't type lies here. No one has called me.

This email from 2016 shows me receiving $506.74 commission from same client from 2011. That is my balance and of all the clients referred from 2011 only 1 is still trading and is clearly not affected by your amendments no matter what you say. All the rest this year also traded have you sent me commissions on their trades ?

What do you mean not eligible to receive any commissions? come again, I have screenshots of all the clients activated including those activated this year alone and my revenue share is intact. Find attached email you sent saying my account is activated to receive the commission:

If you want to steal the money it's up to you, Bharat check my deposits on andyonandy at 2010, over $82,000. I became IB in 2011 and I have brought clients with deposits over $100,000. If today I generate commission of a mere $5862 and you can't pay me why do you want customers to continue doing business with you? If my account is closed send me whatever you want to send me I'm watching.

8 activated clients in 2020 alone out of 11 referred clients, every dollar generated must be sent on termination. @FxMaster @FPA Forums Team send them another invite to reply to this again after two working days so they send my money. Breaching their own agreement. Are they allowed to lie on this? Attached my proof of referring clients this year(I have greyed out part of their account numbers) , and in my other screenshots in this thread proof that all commissions were generated this year. They didn't pay in Feb, and March, and on 14th April added a sentence to the 4.6 clause so when I terminate they will come and say this. No one should be doing business with such an unfair and unethical broker.

This is so disgraceful! You keep referring to clause 4.6, and it's been established very clearly in this thread by the complainant and several other users that this particular clause was inserted just two (2) months ago. Most likely because of this issue. It's clear you think you can get away with this with deceitful wordings of agreement terms. The client is revealing correspondence with you that shows you clearly extorting him for more clients before you release his commissions. That is blackmail! You're a scam and should be exposed

@The easyMarkets Team since clause 4.6 was inserted in April, what reason do you have for not paying his commissions in February and March?

How in the past you were soo actively campaigning for this chameleon forex broker , all the work you did for them , the volumes of deposits and trades you made sure went through them and they pay you back like this today , I hope going forward anyone working with them will know how disgraceful and unappreciative they turn out to be.
Whiles trading there so many platform slippages and stealing of deposits, with SL and TP not being executed when not in their favor , even after all the complains some of us made to you , you blindly kept encouraging us to stick with them.

it’s really shameful , I wouldn’t want to be treated like this by a company , I was willing to lose an arm and breaking my neck for.

I never ever imagined you working for them will one day end up in FPA....GOOD THING IS , IT WILL REMAIN HERE FOR AGES FOR ANYONE WORKING WITH THEM TO FIND OUT HOW IT ALL TURNS OUT IN THE LONG RUN.

Funny thing is I have lost about $40,000 or more trading on their platform .....

I’m glad I moved on to a better broker...too much manipulations over there.

I’m mentioning an amount so that even the staff at easy market who may conclude to judge Andy doesn’t deserve this affiliate money will know the size of deposits he was bringing in a month was equivalent to their annual salary after it was stolen by manipulations in our accounts.
If after all this back and forth on FPA they can’t afford to pay your earned commissions of $5,000, it’s obvious they don’t have money (liquidity challenges)or don’t care about honoring agreements .... because clearly you have proved beyond any reasonably doubt you earned that money....

Going forward posterity will judge who was right and who was cheated , the world will know the real face of EASY Market.....

Thank you, most of my other referrals on FPA have also asked for their accounts at EasyMarkets to be closed. @4evermaat since you asked, here is one of my referrals from 2011 right here on FPA @pipcatcher2 . My referred clients can judge on their own. Since i'm no longer an IB they can't tell me to refer any more clients before they release the full amount. I asked why in February they didn't send my balance of $2.1k , no answer. They didn't send in March too, then on April 14th 2020 they put in a line which says i'm not entitled to the commissions from old clients knowing very well it forms the bulk of the amount accumulated. Now they want to be shameless and say even all commissions generated this year is not mine. If this is not organised corporate thievery and scam what is?
