Hi Emmanuel,
Please be informed that our tech team has checked your reported trades and confirmed that none of the mentioned trades received bad price. All were price at 1605.24 (Ask price) and not around 1500 were the off price was. So, there is no adjustment applicable.
Thank you for understanding.
Kind Regards,

Email I received funny enough all my buy limit where priced around 1500 I even emailed. I'm changing to another broker to me this is clearly dodgy

Were you recording your screen at the time?
Did you have any existing trades before the spike?
Do you have an ea/script that would re-attempt to place the trade?

Leaving your pending order, TP/SL with your broker [especially if they trade against you] is dangerous as you are telling them where you want to trade. And they could slip you (positively or negatively.....usually bucket shops are negative slippage)

Also, I will copy what I put into post #28:

You could file a formal complaint with the broker (mention that "this is a formal complaint" at the top of the email). In the complaint, demand an explanation as to why they did not immediately return the trade to the that the position(s) be returned to the pre-spike condition, which is in the best interest of the client. If they did, why have no profits been paid. Make sure to mention again that pre-spike you were in profit.

Include charts and pre-spike trading records (you screen record your screen, correct?)

-------------------

Then if that doesn't work, file an AFCA complaint showing that they completely zeroed out the trade instead of returning the trade to the pre-spike condition. And this prevented you from having an opportunity to close the trade out at a profit. Or if they closed the trade out pre-spike, your profits pre-spike should be honored 100

Hi, been trading icmarkets for months, encounter many times that trades got stop out by price spike to stop loss had been set then the price will go back in short period, but this time icmarkets is too greedy until account in negative balance because price surge 1000 pips + and my stop loss had been overwrites, had screenshot and also screenshot on other source price charts which show NO kind of activity of price surge.
At this stage I felt that I got scammed for months and lost plenty of thousand.
I hope someone really can help me to recover my lost and compensate what would be fair.
Attached 3 picture, MT4 is my account price chart, 2 other source is goldprice & forexfactory price chart.

Thanks
Many times they do not let the price move to your advantage, arrest it at a certain price in order to be intolerant and close the deal, but my account will bear the reflection of the deal 9000 points

I can confirm it. They have certain price pattern that flirts under the take profit line and never goes above . However if you check the price data with trading view or other brokers, It's completely different there when price moves in favor of investor. They are bunch of thieves. I wonder how they can still legally operate in this business!

This did happen to me too, I guess I was just fortunate it went in my favour. Still must have been caused by their LP's. I experienced it on two other brokers but a moment later the chart was cleaned up.
