I would like to seek your review of my situation. I started my investment with Binary Options UK on November 1, 2018. I met this Binary Options fx/CFD trader, ANTHONY COLE, in facebook. He became my account manager since 2018 until now. I started with 300$ investment in Binary Options. Anthony Cole ordered for the creation of my investment account by asking me to send Binaryoptions.info@accountant.com the following details: Name/Gender/Email/Country/Amount to invest/BTC wallet. According to him I will get $2,190 in seven (7) days if I will invest $300. He also told me that my profit of $2,190 will be sent directly to my registered BTC wallet address right after I sent him his 10% commission when the trading of my account ends. He told me that my profit will be ready for withdrawal on November 26, 2018 so I have to send him his 10% commission on November 25, 2018 so that he can proceed with the withdrawal of profit. The complete list of all the transactions I had with binary options team through my trading account manager Anthony Cole is in my ATTACHMENT. For 18 long months, after FIVE (5) attempts to withdraw my payout which from $2,190 became $3,140, then became $3,940, then became $7,000, then became $7,500, then became $7,875, then became $8, 875.60 and now became $13,875.60, I still did not get my payout even just 1$ in my registered BTC wallet Address. Up to this time, they are asking me to pay $1,304 before they proceed with the processing of my payout. I started this very PROLONGED withdrawal process since November 2018 until now, June 28, 2020, I DID NOT RECEIVED even $1 in my registered BTC wallet in my Binary Options investment account. I tried to withdraw my profit FIVE (5) times, but I still FAILED. In all of those attempts, I paid all the necessary fees no matter how large amount they asked, but I did not get my profit still. The total amount that I sent binary options is $7,128, an amount that is worth our entire livelihood from minimum wage earners. I complied with all the fees that I am forced to pay but still my payout is not released. I am just a minimum wage earner who tried this investment for additional income to sustain our living expenses but this person, Anthony Cole, and this company, Binary Options in United Kingdom deprived made my life stressful in their erroneous transactions causing my prolonged withdrawal of profit. I am pleading for help from anyone who can give me light on what to do now. Binary Options UK through the binary team and Anthony Cole endlessly asked me to pay too many fees even if the errors in my withdrawal process are committed by them. I tried my best to comply and send the necessary payments but they never released my payout until now. I have all the screenshots of all the transactions and all the emails sent by Binary Options team however since the btc wallet appeared in them I cannot send them here as an attachment.
