Chances of me getting my money back?

Hello guys i been looking at this forum for last few days and joined now.

So i deposited 3000 with a broker with debit card 1 month ago since then i made around 7000 profit last week i asked for a withdrawal they said they could not withdraw since they will have less to trade with etc im now thinking of making a official withdrawal request and noting everything down

I feel that the services promised was not given to me Upon entering this contract i entered with them i was told that I could also trade myself also and also withdraw any funds i have in my trading account in their own terms of conditions it says that.

They are in my opinion also violating anther thing by trading my money and i have not given them formal permission.

so which route should i take if they dont give me my money back?

This line is of particular concern. It implies that the money is in someone else's account, but perhaps it's just my interpretation???

You need to provide more information on who you are dealing with here. Website? Who have you been in contact with....the broker, or a third party?

Which country are you in and is the entity you dealing with regulated?

they are blixgroup company in estonia i been in contact with a broker

Im considering contacting my bank in regards to a chargeback should i go with servcies provided are not what i expected? because i deposted with them and i authorized is it game over for me?

A google search indicates that there is a lot of suspicion around this group. I don’t know what grounds you need for a chargeback but I would definitely look at investigating that course of action. It costs nothing to have a discussion with your bank.
