My Santander bank, seems to be to slow to respond and did not understand my simple request to deal with the matter, so emailed to: financial-ombudsman.org.uk and hopefully they will help. Might take a while until a positive outcome.

Glad you were able to get your money back but as on mine, posted a similar story on this at another thread. Sadly to say I lost just a few. To think it's just money and can easily be earned but the fact that its hard earned money that I wasted for scammers like them. If they don't get caught in this lifetime, they will surely suffer in hell, and yes I do believe in Karma.

If only I was able to dig deeper on this, I'll be in a different situation.
