10% Skill 90% Mindset

I think you can know all the ins and outs of trading but without a solid mindset it counts for nothing. Understanding trading doesn't help to control how you react in the heat of the moment

When you learn all details of trading I am sure your mindset will change accordingly. If a trader is passionate he will get knowledge and skill that will work with his mindset. He will definitely make trading easy and flexible according to market conditions. Just mindset will not bring profit you need a lot of experience and handling techniques for it.

Your mindset works when you come to forex business with interest, In my view more important thing is your skill as you work in forex market your mindset also changes and with the increasing level of skill you will feel you had different mindset from the day first you join forex. I give importance to experience ans skill because they work really in profitable trading.

That's correct! What kind of mindset a trader has while he's trading, that has a big effect on the outcome of his trades. Even highly skilled and knowledgeable traders are unable to trade well at times.

I don't quite agree with the balance of thinking and skills. I think that skills play a big role in trading, and their contribution cannot be underestimated. If I had a ratio, I would give 60% of skills and 40% of thinking.

Definitely more than 10% skill needed. So much to learn and understand when it comes to trading.
