Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Be aware of most things in this industry, don't trust anybody but yourself.The website FinTelegram.news is claiming to be a journalistic fud recovery service but it could not be further from the truth. They have even duped many FPA members and are running another dangerous recovery room scam.
I paid them several hundred Euros for their "European Fund Recovery Institute" service:

They claim to be a real news source at FinTelegram, and EFRI claims to be a quasi Government/Legal service. Neither are true.
They use SEO to catch suckers like me who have been scammed and then try to take more money for them. All they do once you've paid them is send a letter to the brokerage/scam site... that's it. They have recovered NO direct funds for anyone. Just ask them. They have tried to take credit for some law enforcement actions that have NOTHING to do with them.

Werner Boehm, Elfriede Sixt, and these "journalists" are 100% fake conmen.
I was dumb to trust them... The FPA services are FREE and in my opinion BETTER than what FinTelegram / European Fund RecoveryInstitute does for many hundreds of Euros.
They are not attorneys, law enforcement, or have any ability to help you get funds back that you couldn't find on this forum for free... Don't be fooled by these scammers.
Guys, I can report that GAL BARAK - one of the big scammers behind xtraderfx, safemarkets, OptionStars and OptionStarsGlobal, Cryptopoint and so on was found guilty for fraud in Vienna Austria yesterday late in the evening. He was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment. The sentence is low but is explainable by the confession he made: the call center guys manipulate the trades so the victims have no chance to win at all.
the really good news is that the Austrian victims represented by us, will be refunded 100% as enough funds have been confiscated. The charge is not yet valid. .. so it still can take some time until the Austrian victims will get back their money. For us it is only the first step in the fight against these scammers. but it was an important step. I attended all hearings and I can tell you I have never seen such a big liar.
