Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Is it true that Fintel will expose their source (whistleblowers') email, IP address etc. when requested by law enforcement (e. g. when presented with a subpoena)?

No information can be found anywhere about the protection of whistleblowers.

Hi there, we do not share any personal data (name, address, email, IP, etc) of whistleblowers with law enforcement or courts. FinTelegram's legal structure across several jurisdictions makes sure that the confidentiality and protection of whistleblower data can be guaranteed even in the (unlikely) case of a subpoena.

We do, however, cooperate closely with law enforcement, regulators, and courts and provide them information we receive from whistleblowers if it helps to chase and/or convict scammers. Even in case, we support law enforcement or authorities we do not provide the original documents or texts but only our own reports.

You can find the Privacy Policy here on FinTelegram https://fintelegram.com/privacy/

I agree from the bottom of my heart. but is not only the police, the whole judicial system in Europe is broken. That is the reason why Europe is just great for cybercriminals.

“LEVERATE ….sure takes time to JAIL them

At least four of these websites operated using the Sirix Webtrader platform designed by the Israeli company Leverate. Leverate advertises itself as a “one-stop shop” for anyone looking to start a business in the online trading industry, even if their knowledge of the sector is minimal.
